I had been looking at this style of hat for a while and found this awesome deal.
Fooled once, (Two wrong hats and wrong hats and size arrived... they only offered $20 refund)....... stupid for ordering the second time (the photos are so convincing).... again, neither of these hats were the right. Being a person who wants to see redemption, I gave them another chance after I saw the hat that I had ordered a year ago, (thinking that they were finally making the Bowler hat again)..... Now, I will be calling PayPal and filing a suit against Tienda Hats. They are a TOTAL SCAM COMPANY and as far as I can tell, really enjoy screwing us Trusting American Buyers. GOODBYE CHINA!
I tried one Panama hat purchase an initially. What was delivered was a fine hat of which I am very proud. I will buy more now that I have found a Seller that provides quality products at a fair and reasonable price!

Probably the worst online purchase ever!!! I paid for 2 hats in a specific UK size - when they arrived stuffed into a small box - they were too small!!! The quality is well below what I expected for the money I paid!! My order cost £126 and they offered me $15 compensation and after more emails it went $30!! This Chinese SCAM is designed to rip off those unaware of what is happening!! I'll say it again TIENDAHAT IS A SCAM - stay clear of this company!!! My dispute with them is ongoing!!

I ordered three hats.Shipping was two months.They came from China.All three were not what I ordered.Was told it is a hassle to ship to China and very expensive.They are a rip off and could care less if you are satisfied and pretty much tell you that.My order was $83.00 and to return it would have been half the cost.I have let Pay Pal know and I will continue to post warnings of Tiendahat
