Ordered hair for my wedding on the 25th of September. Was sent a tracking number on the 27th, kept trying to track it for a few days but nothing was happening so I emailed them and was told wig was being customised, emailed them again to ask why a tracking number was sent and item marked as shipped and was told it was out of stock and tracking number was generated before they found out. Then I was told their on holiday from 1st October to the 7th of October and I should contact them on the 7th. Today nearly two weeks later I contacted them and was offered a cheaper wig but I must pay $40 more as the one I bought was purchased when there was a sale and it’s not on sale now I must pay full price. I requested a refund as this is unacceptable. I’ve used this hair company for years and now I have been left with 6 days till wedding with no wig. I won’t use them again.
