评价综述

AI 生成

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the hair, noting that it feels remarkably soft, full, and durable over long periods of regular use. People also appreciate the prompt shipping and professional support team, which handles inquiries and order adjustments very efficiently. However, some customers also noted issues with product quality, mentioning dry textures, unexpected shedding, or receiving items that did not match their original expectations. A few reviewers experienced frustrating delivery delays and a complete lack of responsiveness from customer service when trying to resolve urgent problems.

Scandalous

I am filing a complaint against Tinashe Hair (tinashehair.com) regarding a deceptive refund policy and a breach of consumer protection practices. I requested a refund for my order on 9/23/26 after returning their merchandise, but the company is actively refusing to process the refund unless I close my open PayPal dispute first. According to PayPal’s official merchant guidelines, a seller is entirely capable of issuing a refund directly through an active dispute panel. Tinashe Hair is misinforming me by claiming they cannot refund me while the dispute is open. They are forcing me to forfeit my PayPal Buyer Protection, knowing that once a dispute is closed, it cannot be reopened. I have email evidence of the company trying to coerce me into closing my dispute before they will release my funds. They will lie and state that it will be too much for customer to return items to China and offer you $50 refund. Once I refused several times, they then sent a return address located in Walnut, Ca! After I returned items, now they’re saying they can’t issue the refund until I cancel my dispute when they can easily refund my money via PayPal!

Wigs from Tinashe hair 🤩 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

Always order my wigs from Tinashe hair, but the one I've just ordered has been the best so far, I ordered the brown in the feather layered wig and its absolutely stunning, it was soo easy to install and the colour is just beautiful for this time of the year, so happy with my purchase and I will continue to order more from this company for sure, thank you Tinashe Hair for making me soo happy with All of my purchases, 🙂

Great hair

This wig is absolutely amazing. I bought two wigs from this company hoping the hair quality, length and wig cap would all be good, and I’m really impressed. I usually buy my wigs from another company, but I haven’t been happy with their hair recently, so I decided to try somewhere new. I tried on both wigs and they both fit my head really well, which is a big plus because I have quite a large head. I bought the wig with the drawstring at the back, which meant I could adjust it so it fitted my head perfectly. The quality of the hair is really good too. At first the curls were very tight, but once I brushed them out, I could really see the full volume and shape of the wig and it looked absolutely amazing. As soon as I tried it on, I knew I would be buying more, and I definitely will be. The delivery was great too. It arrived within a week and I live in the UK, so I was really happy with how quickly it came. I’m genuinely so pleased with my purchase and I’ll definitely be ordering more wigs from this company. Thank you!
