Disappointed by the lack of customer service and response Review: Ordered from Tinesha Hair, but unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. I requested a refund 5 days ago, and I have heard absolutely nothing back from customer support. Ignoring customer inquiries and failing to process refund requests in a timely manner is unacceptable business practice. I expected much better communication and professionalism especially considering it says on their website they respond the next day, i’ve had to email twice and yet no response . Avoid buying until their customer service improves
I absolutely love my wig , I recently combed out my locs of 12 years and wanted to try a wig. With all of these new lace wigs I was so lost on how to apply them . I had previously gotten some from another site and horrible . The hair quality was awful and it was not glueless as listed. So thankful for Tinashe carrying quality hair and actually being glueless . I did use a lil spray to melt the lace but other than that it blended right In . I will definitely be ordering more.

It’s really soft, doesn’t tangle, very well fitting. The only thing is the tracks show a lot if you try and part it certain ways so it’s not very versatile

BUYERS BEWARE! 🚨 I ordered a Burmese curly human hair wig and received something completely different — a short Afro. When I tried to return it, Tinashe Hair refused to provide a return label and refused to issue a refund. Their solution? $15 off my next order. Why would I place another order after such a terrible first experience? This company is the definition of “what you ordered vs. what you got.” Very disappointing and not worth the money. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
