I tested out the weekly plan for their site and I wanted to change to the creator plan and the outstanding part is I wanted to get a refund so I could switch to the better plan and within the hour on their day off it was sorted and the refund was issued by Joel from their support team. So far I have been using Topmediai AI Music Generator and been able to achieve some good results. I tend to create fairly complex music, which that's where I think the team should put some more work to enable these to be created. However this is more of a suggestion, rather than a criticism. I have created some songs before paying to keep my songs stored, as I wanted to trial the tool and unfortunately I have lost about 54 songs I created, as they say it only counts for the songs created from the date the permanent storage has been paid. But after contacting their supporting team and communicating with Kathy (which promptly replied to me and was extremely helpful), I was told they will recover the songs I lost.
