Had an issue with account access and needed to reach out to get it resolved urgently. Chloe in Technical Support came straight back and sorted the issue and also transferred credits across to my correct account which I thought would have to be voided. I was very frustrated when I couldn’t find a way to cancel my subscription, and I do think it should be much easier. That said, I emailed their support at midnight last night and within 10 mins Chloe had got back to me and sorted it so I had to give them 5 stars for that.

I would just like to say that I have contacted Topmediai twice for help, on my original purchase agreement and deletion of older songs that I wanted retrieved. I truly thought that neither would be corrected. Both instances were caused by me, but the crew at topmediai resolved them without any fuss and very promptly. BTW the app is unbelievably good.
