I kept wondering why Top Media AI has such extreme censorship. You pay $99 for CENSORSHIP. Then I started looking into where the company was founded and the address points to China. People in Europe still have freedom of speech. We are allowed to express our opinions instead of repeating what a political system wants us to say. Companies like Top Media AI or TikTok should seriously be questioned in Europe because they come from systems where the state monitors and controls citizens constantly. Honestly, this was one of the worst ways I’ve ever spent my money.

I have deleted my account and subscription multiple times. I keep getting charged for services that I have cancelled. You also do not receive an account deletion confirmation. Overall this feels incredibly scammy and regardless of the tools they may have this in itself is a reason I don't recommend anyone to use this website. EDIT: Shortly after reaching out to their support by e-mail May confirmed my cancellation. Thanks to May's swift and easy response I have edited my review from one to three stars. I hope that topmedia.ai makes significant changes to the subscription cancellation and account deletion process.

This AI site creates either mind blowing perfection OR amazingly bad content! As a paid member I use the top quality tier for song creation, and most times it takes my words and puts the emphasis exactly where it needed to be. And everything about it is jaw dropping. But sometimes even with the same settings, results are abysmal as if I was a free member using the lowest tier. The songs are bad, words mispronounced, amateur voices and obvious AI sound. Also I have problems with 7 day in a row check in credits. On the 7th day, it will not respond to check in even when I clear cache as they suggest. This site has many other features Besides song creation but that is what I mostly use it for and 85% of the time I am thrilled! So if you do this, continue to try several times to get the sound you want. It also creates decent custom images and short videos. Just b s detailed as possible. I haven't tried many of the other features yet. If you get a good deal on price, it's definitely worth it.

After spending time (and money) on the platform, I can confidently say it’s one of the most frustrating AI services I’ve used. 1. Music generation is wildly inconsistent The music generator is the biggest let‑down. Prompts are ignored, genres drift all over the place, and the system regularly produces tracks that sound nothing like what was requested. Even basic instructions — like specifying a male or female voice — are routinely disregarded. If you’re hoping for anything close to the quality of Suno or Udio, you’ll be disappointed. TopMediai feels like a generation behind the competition. 2. Subscription and cancellation issues This is where things go from irritating to unacceptable. Cancelling a subscription should be simple, but TopMediai seems determined to make it as difficult as possible. The cancellation flow is confusing, the account dashboard is unclear, and even after following their instructions, charges continued. Support was unhelpful, slow, and at times dismissive. I’m currently having to recover my losses through my bank — which says a lot about how little faith I have in the company’s internal processes. 3. TopMedia Ai offers a great audio experience. These guys somehow found a way to get warm, punchy, natural, realistic and distortion free masters. The 5.5 model is superstable and they are constantly adding and improving tools. They also have smart and fast customer service. Your censorship is a disaster, and you still have to pay $99 for it, are you crazy?! It's like that with most materials. You have to write what the system wants, not what you think! You have to do what we tell you, otherwise you won't do anything. This is footage from Joe Rogan's show discussing declassified CIA files. "In these new CIA papers that got released, they were like literally actively trying to figure out ways to make people more stupid and docile, right? They were going to do it in vaccines. They were going to do... Oh, they're only going to do it to the enemy, of course, but spray things, aerosol. I mean, they've experimented with a bunch of different things to make people dumber, right?" Your program doesn't read this in other languages because it contains sensitive words, but when I check it, it shows it didn't find any. That's hours of wasted time trying to match words so the program could graciously do the voiceover.
