My Experience with TopView
Hi, I’ve had a one-year subscription to TopView for a while now, and I wanted to share my experience with you.
One of the things I found most appealing about TopView was having access to different AI models on one platform. I was able to easily use various video generation models such as Seedance 2.5, Wan 3, and Minimax H3, as well as image generation models like GPT Image 2, Nano Banana 2, and Seedream 5 Pro. Overall, having access to such a wide variety of AI models in one place was a big plus for me.
However, one part of my experience that wasn’t ideal was using the Unlimited mode. The video generation queue in Unlimited is often over 2,000 people, and sometimes it can take 12–13 hours or even more than 24 hours to generate a video. I contacted their support about this, and they told me that they are working on fixing the issue and improving video generation speed in Unlimited.
So, if you’re considering getting TopView mainly because you want access to the Unlimited plan, it’s important to know that the video generation speed in Unlimited is currently quite slow, and the long waiting times may be disappointing.
I was also satisfied with their customer support, as they responded to me politely, professionally, and responsibly.
Another positive point for me was the overall value and credit system. Compared to some other AI platforms I’ve used before, I was able to get more usage from the amount I paid on TopView, and the cost per video was more reasonable for me.

Unlimited Seedance 2.5 is extremely frustrating to use
I purchased Topview partly because of the advertised **Seedance 2.5 Unlimited** feature, but the actual experience has been very disappointing.
I submitted one video at around **12:00 AM** and was initially shown an estimated wait of about **120 minutes**. A second video submitted a few minutes later showed about **480 minutes**.
After waiting for around **9 hours**, the situation actually became worse. The first video was still showing about **480 minutes remaining**, while the second had increased to around **960 minutes**. Other generations in my queue were showing estimated waits of more than **1,400–2,800 minutes**.
I understand that an unlimited mode may be slower during busy periods, but the waiting time should at least be reasonably predictable. Watching the ETA increase after already waiting for many hours is extremely frustrating and makes the feature difficult to use for any serious workflow.
If Topview cannot provide reliable capacity for Seedance 2.5 Unlimited, these limitations should be made much clearer before customers purchase the plan.
I am giving **2 stars** because the service has potential, but the current Unlimited queue experience does not match what I expected from a paid subscription.

I subscribed for 1 year in order to receive the 60 day unlimited relaxed generation for seedance 2.5.
On day 1 of the seedance 2.5, I created 2 videos with the unlimited option which bugged and were not available to download and use.
The Topview staff was kind enough to give me 70 credits for my troubles, which is a little bit more than the credits needed to make the videos.
I've being using this platform since April 2026. There's a lot in it, only scratched the surface of what is capable of. I primarily use it for Seedance models and Nanobanana. Now with the new Minimax h3 model, also using it heavily.
Go with an annual plan (business or ultra), you get some unlimited 365 models, so you can freely generate and experiment without burning credits.
In unlimited mode, the generations are queued. So you have a queue size, you can set some gens in queue, then for each model you have a wait time before gen. For seedance it's 2h of wait between gens (in average, because lately I've experienced 4-6h xD), Minimax it's 30 minutes steady (sometimes even less).
For instance, if you launch 3x minimax, you have your videos all ready in 1h30.
For image gen, it's far less.. for nanobanana it says 10 minutes, but honestly it takes less.
Love the platform.
They have also loads of other stuff., like music gen (tried some, not bad), voice sync to image (mind blowing.. like the character really breaths between lines), agents (never used it) and also loads of ready to use prompts and templates. (Don't really use those, but if you loose inspiration good to have).
Absolutely the best service around! TopView.ai has fantastic customer support that always goes above and beyond to solve issues. Combined with the best prices on the market, they deserve 10 stars. Highly recommended!
There was a better deal added right after I already paid the yearly subscription, so I reached out to them, and they extended the offer to me out of curtesy. It took a couple of hours to respond but they did it!
I tried TopView AI mainly because it advertises unlimited Seedance generations, but honestly, I find the word “unlimited” pretty misleading in practice.
Yes, technically you may be able to generate without a fixed credit limit, but when a Seedance video can take around 12 HOURS to generate, what exactly is the point of calling it unlimited?
AI video generation involves a lot of trial and error. You generate something, see what worked and what didn't, adjust the prompt, and try again. If every attempt potentially takes half a day, that workflow becomes almost unusable.
I don't expect unlimited generations to be instant, and I understand that unlimited plans may have slower queues than paid-credit generations. But there is a huge difference between “slower” and waiting 12 hours for a single video.
For me, unlimited should still mean the service is realistically usable. Otherwise, it's technically unlimited while being severely limited by generation speed.
TopView really needs to improve the Seedance queue times or be much clearer about what customers should expect from the “unlimited” offering. Right now, I'm pretty disappointed with it.

Unlimited Mode is designed to allow generations without consuming your regular credits, but it is processed through a separate queue, and wait times can increase significantly during periods of very high demand. TopView’s support quickly fixed a discount issue on my account and offered compensation. Unlimited generation can have long waits, but Credit Mode is fast, reliable, and produces excellent results.
I really liked the User Generated Content videos. They looked very natural. People wanted to watch them. The videos were high quality, and they saved me a lot of time because I didn't have to make everything myself. User-generated content videos are a great option for people who want to make professional-looking videos quickly.
Excellent support and a promising AI filmmaking platform
I've had a very positive experience with TopView AI, especially with its new Drama Studio.
While creating a vertical micro-drama project in Drama Studio, I encountered a temporary UI issue that prevented me from accessing the Workbench after completing my script preparation.
What impressed me most was not the issue itself, but the professionalism of the TopView support team. They responded quickly, investigated the problem step by step, asked for screenshots, and identified it as a temporary system bug. They also added 40 credits to my account for the inconvenience, even before the issue was fully resolved.
The new Drama Studio has a very promising workflow for filmmakers. It analyzes scripts, organizes characters, locations, props, and scene structures, making it well suited for producing vertical drama series.

they are one of the best sites there is to work on and its one of the most upright people who work there. the ui is really good not laging not doing extra things to put you away its just PERFECT. the staff also are the best and the most forward and helpful staff there. can imagine how people are chosing other dodgy websites instead of this one. the top website to doo annything and its not even expensiive its on the cheeper side.
I’ve been using Topview Ultra for AI image and video creation, and overall I’m very satisfied with the platform. The image quality has been very good for my creative projects, and the workflow is easy to use.

First of all I want to say that the annual package here is probably the best value you can get for credit to video ratio. That was what initially pushed me towards this platform. I did extensive research looking into many platforms and their prices and this one was the most acceptable.
The wide range of tools available is also appreciated although I would like to have a more upfront clear mention that AI agents will consume credits as well. It was not immediately obvious.
Support is decently quick to respond (even in the weekend), and the chat function is really appreciated so I don't have to go trough emails or phone calls. Gens are fast and you can que quite a few with the Ultra plan. It also gives you unlimited gens with a long que and wait time but it is still nice to have it.
There are also plenty of models to choose from like the obvious seedance 2 but also minimax h3, wan 3, kling 3, vidu, etc. As well as most of the popular image models includinng GPT 2.
All in all, besides the fact that there are sections which need to be a bit more informative, the platform is really to my liking and I would absolutely recommend it. If not else for the price alone compared to other platforms.
The Ultra plan is fantastic because it offers 60 days of unlimited access to Seedance 2.5 (720p).

I'm a user from South Korea, and I've tried many AI generation platforms over the past year. Among them, TopView has offered one of the best combinations of pricing and features.
I remember subscribing to a lifetime plan on another platform a long time ago, but that service has become much more expensive over time. Compared to many well-known AI platforms today, TopView is significantly more affordable. In some cases, the cost is nearly half of what similar services charge.
The unlimited generation queue can sometimes be quite long, but after using many other AI platforms, I actually think it's impressive that unlimited generation is offered at all. Most platforms either don't provide unlimited access or charge much more for similar features.
Another thing I really like is that TopView has built a complete ecosystem around AI creation. There are prompt libraries, Canvas, community resources, and other useful tools that make creating content much easier.
I also appreciate that the content filters are not excessively restrictive. Of course there are reasonable safety limits, but compared to many other platforms, I find it much easier to create the content I want without constantly running into unnecessary restrictions.
I even considered traveling to China just to get a local phone number and payment method so I could subscribe to some of the Chinese AI platforms my friends use, since they are known for lower prices and fewer restrictions. After using TopView, however, I feel that it already provides much of what I was looking for. Instead of going through all that effort, I'd rather continue supporting TopView by paying for additional credits here.
For me, TopView's biggest strengths are its excellent pricing, generous features, and balanced content moderation. Those advantages alone make it deserving of a five-star rating.
