If you want to use it more as a AI tool, you can upload your own stories, characters, renders from 3D models, etc. and use them as reference within a prompt. The screen writer / beat sheet agent is outstanding and can assist you during scene production and setup. I use Topview AI to turn a Sci-Fi book that I have been writing over many years, into multiple episodes and so far it turned out quite well. Not yet perfect but as I mentioned before, the platform ist constantly evolving and in my opinion can already be used for serious video production. The way I use it, it is not a single click solution - but that is exactly what I have been looking for. It gives me the freedom to bring ny own ideas to life, the way I imagine. So far the service has been very friendly and helpful. If I run into a problem, it is mostly solved in a couple of hours (can be half a day if the time difference between your location and the service staff is big - but this is normal). It is not the cheapest service available - however in my opinion it gives you best value for your money. I can not really understand people complaining about burning credits fast“ as with the right plan, you get unlimited access to certain models. If you are looking for a „for free“ click and make me a funny cat service, look elsewhere - if you are looking for a serious production tool - go for topview AI.

I've read some negative reviews here and I per my own experience I had no problems with the service. It works fine, and customer service is pretty fast to respond. The unlimited generations are quite slow but that's because it renders off-peak times when the server loads are the lowest. When you use credits, the speed is fine and of course variable. It all depends on the seedance network, not topview, so nothing to complain about here. I hope that's how the service continues to work. I like the interface, although a few tweaks would be helpful.

I signed up for topview 2 days ago and have been having a great time learning everything. Tonight I tackled a big project and I had a little trouble with the platform. My files were slightly too big for the auto generation which i didn't know at the time. I used the chat and customer service got back to me promptly and helped me go through multiple issues and my project came out fantastic! Platform has very competitive pricing for generations on all of the top AI models, and has some of the least restrictions of any of the platforms I have used which is great!
Unlimited plans give an additional 5-7 free video generations per day which gives another $5 to $10 worth of value as well, so even though they take a few hours to generate, definitely great for testing on projects that aren't time sensitive, and for optimizing gems/skills/custom gpts.
Team is very responsive on Discord, and are quick to fix problems and optimize their system using user requests!

UPDATE (July 6 , in response to Topview's reply),Seedance 2.0 Mini video + 365 unlimited, "after purchase" = Mayıs 2027...Thank you for replying. But your own pricing page contradicts this: Seedance 2.0 Mini is a video model advertised as "365 UNLIMITED," so "video Unlimited was only 30 days" isn't accurate. Your image models also state the benefit is "available for 1 year after purchase" . I purchased on May 27, 2026, so that runs to May 2027. As a current prepaid Ultra Annual subscriber, I'm being denied a 365-day Unlimited benefit your live page attaches to my plan. I've asked support to restore it or provide a prorated refund, and I'll gladly update this review once resolved fairly.
first review :I bought the Ultra Annual plan specifically because video generation was advertised as "Unlimited," and I actively used it for daily production. After about 30 days, video Unlimited was removed from my account and replaced with an "Upgrade to Unlimited" upsell.
The unfair part: they are STILL advertising the same plan as "Unlimited" right now. Their live pricing page still says "use this model as much as you want, with no extra charge" for the video model , with no clear notice that it expires after 30 days. Meanwhile, their image models openly state "Available for 1 year after purchase," which proves they know how to disclose a time limit when they want to. For video, they don't.
Support confirmed my plan only ever had 30 days, and said newer "365-day Unlimited" promos don't apply to me , while continuing to advertise "Unlimited" to new buyers. I paid annually, up front, for a feature that was removed within a month. I've asked for restoration or a prorated refund.
If you're considering the Annual plan for "Unlimited" video: be aware it may only mean ,30 days. Ask them to put the exact duration in writing before you pay.i've already contacted support from my account email regarding this ,

The quality of the seedance 2.0 in topview is actually somewhat comparable to runway. However, once you burn the credits, the waiting time for the unlimited generation takes 2-12 hours. You can cue up only 6 video generations at a time. So, probably an option if videos are short or you don't make a lot of videos. If you need to make a lot, probably not the best fit for you.

As a real user - not a paid promoter
I subscribed to the Ultra Plan and paid $540, but my experience has not matched what was advertised.
The claim that Seedance 2.0 is "unlimited" for one month is misleading. In reality, you still have to wait in a queue every time you generate a video. Each video can take 24 hours to complete, making it nearly impossible to finish more than a few videos in a day.
The actual cost is also much higher than it first appears with the 500 monthly credits. A 15-second video generated with Seedance 2.0 costs 15 credits, so you can easily compare its value with other AI video platforms and decide whether it's worth the price.
Another major issue is the frequent generation failures. After waiting in a queue of around 1,300 jobs for 24 hours per video, the generation may fail just before your turn. When that happens, you have to join the queue again from the very beginning—back to around 1,300 jobs—and wait another 12–24 hours. If this happens, creating a single video can easily take more than 24 hours.
Based on my personal experience, I recommend doing thorough research before subscribing. Don't rely on advertising alone, and consider reviews from a variety of real users. It's also worth checking whether a reviewer discloses that they receive commissions, sponsorships, or other benefits for promoting the product, so you can evaluate their opinions in the proper context. Likewise, don't base your decision solely on five-star reviews.

Not Worth the Annual Ultra Plan
I purchased the Ultra Annual subscription expecting unlimited access and a smooth workflow, but my experience has been the complete opposite.
The biggest issue is the extremely long waiting time for video generation. Even with the highest-tier subscription, I frequently have to wait 12–24 hours just to generate a 15-second video. Calling this service "unlimited" feels very misleading because, in reality, you spend most of your time waiting in a queue instead of creating content.
What's even more frustrating is that after waiting all that time, the generation sometimes fails with an error. When that happens, the job is not completed, and you have to submit it again and rejoin the queue from the beginning, which can mean waiting another 12–24 hours. This makes the workflow incredibly inefficient and wastes a huge amount of time.
The queue management is frustrating and lacks transparency. There is no clear explanation of why Ultra subscribers still experience such excessive delays. As a paying premium customer, I expected significantly better service.
The after-sales support is another major disappointment. Customer service rarely responds, and it's extremely difficult to get help when problems arise. The community forum is filled with users asking for support, and many report waiting more than a week without receiving any meaningful response or solution. It's incredibly frustrating to see so many issues left unresolved.
Overall, the platform promises much more than it actually delivers. The long generation times, frequent failed jobs, unclear queue system, poor customer support, and lack of communication make the expensive annual subscription very difficult to justify.
I regret purchasing the Ultra Annual plan and cannot recommend it based on my personal experience.

I'm a new user on Top View AI. I've been on the platform since May 17th, 2026, I was struggling with some of the platform's tools and got pretty frustrated and almost quit. I paid for the unlimited and so far all I see is credits going down, the video is inconsistent requiring many iterations. Its a useless tool for filmmaking. Dont trust the hype. Im sure they will come back with its longer using the unlimited but you do not even get that option.
