Once you learn to structure prompts properly, the control is excellent, and the video modes (Sequel, Prequel, Edit) make refining specific shots easy. I’ve actually been pretty happy with TopView AI overall. I’ve tried quite a few AI video platforms, and this is one of the few I keep coming back to.
First off, their customer service has been great. Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed help with something, I’ve gotten a useful response instead of being bounced around or ignored. That’s a bigger deal than it sounds, because support with a lot of AI sites can be pretty rough.
The moderation is another reason I like it. I make a lot of fantasy and horror stuff, and TopView generally doesn’t freak out over every little thing. Even when I’m working with darker horror ideas or more adult-oriented fantasy material, most of my prompts go through without me having to rewrite them five different ways.
That alone makes it a lot less frustrating to use.
Generation quality has also been solid, especially with models like Seedance. When a video comes out right, it can look really good.
My main complaint and honestly the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the Unlimited queue.
It can get really slow.
I’ve had generations sit there for hours, and if you’re trying to make a bunch of videos in one day, that gets old fast. The Unlimited plan sounds great on paper, but the queue can make it hard to take advantage of it when things are busy.
That’s really the one thing I’d like to see TopView fix. If they can speed up the Unlimited queue or add more capacity, I’d have very few complaints.
What I like:
Customer service has been excellent.
Moderation is much less annoying than on a lot of other platforms.
Fantasy, horror, and more mature creative ideas usually get through without constant false positives.
Seedance and the other video models can produce some really impressive results.
The site itself is pretty straightforward to use.
What I don’t like:
The Unlimited queue can be painfully slow, especially when demand is high.
So for me, TopView gets a 4/5.
It’s a really good platform with strong models, helpful support, and moderation that gives creators a lot more breathing room. Fix the queue times and I’d probably bump it up to 5 stars.

Topview is one of the cheapest platforms when it comes to using their AI agent and its also one of the best ones out there. Its the reason why I am still able to perform and complete my projects. The other best thing is their customer service support. Their main contact is where they care and take care of you. There are other ways to contact support but their main one is what gets things rolling and solving your product. You have to give it sometime since I know these guys are in China but they do get the job done and sometimes if they can speed it up for you.
Topview is a useful and creative AI video generation platform with many impressive features. However, the uploaded photos and text are not always reproduced accurately in the generated videos. Faces, objects, and written content may sometimes differ from the original. Improving visual consistency and text accuracy would make the platform much better.
Subscribed to TopView Ultra Annual for Seedance 2.5. The tool itself is solid, but the "unlimited" generation claim doesn't hold up.
Requested 6 videos (30 seconds each), submitted 10 minutes apart, within their stated limit of 6 concurrent tasks. Generation times kept climbing:

Wait times get progressively worse with each request — feels like a hidden queue penalty, not "unlimited" access, even while staying within their own concurrency rules. Unusable for any real production schedule.

TopView has honestly been a great experience for me. Drama Studio in particular is a total game changer and one of the most useful features I’ve used for AI video production.
What I really like is that inside Drama Studio you can build out your own story world much more easily. It can help generate characters, props, and environments based on your story, which saves a huge amount of time. You can also create reference images and use them in the workflow, and TopView automatically pulls those references into the prompt with a prebuilt prompt structure that is already strong enough for everyday use. That makes the whole process much more practical and efficient.
The support has also been excellent. They reply very quickly, are genuinely helpful, and were able to solve every issue I had.
On top of that, the Seedance credit pricing is cheaper than on many other platforms I’ve seen, which makes the value even better.
Overall, Drama Studio is a standout feature, the support is outstanding, and TopView has become a very valuable tool in my workflow.
I am subscribed to a few Platforms and I would say the last platform which I have subscribed to in Topview Ai. I was skeptical to be truthful at first but their response to technical issues and questions on the platform is honestly the quickest I have encountered in my one plus year now on using Ai Generation Platforms. Also the fact that their prices in comparison is the lowest even for the current Seedance 2.5 model. I would most definitely continue my subscription with them should this experience for the next year till my renewal not change.
Hi. I am a fairly recent user of Topview.ai Before I have mostly used openart.ai. I use it for making video content for a channel I will start. When Openart bumped up it's price some time ago I looked around for alternatives and tried out a Topview annual Ultra sub. I have only been using it for about two months but I really like it so far. I use it mostly for Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 video. And the price pr generation, especially for Seedance 2.5 is close to half the price at Openart. As a hobby creator price is important to me, so this difference is highly valuable to me. On top of that put unlimited generations for the time specified. This is A LOT of extra value! I have seen a lot of criticism regarding the unlimited generation speed. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I don't think high speed unlimited generations are very realistic. I have never really seen any alternatives mentioned who does this... We would all love unlimited super fast SD2/2.5 I'm sure , it's just not very realistic. Anyway I do get great value for my money in my opinion.
I like the UI, I don't really use the picture generation since I do that externally. I also don't really focus on product videos, so I don't use those features either.
Never experienced restrictions with pictures. Whether that is region sensitive I don't know for sure, I'm in Europe.
Unless you want some very spesific features from Openart, like director feature that sounds like it eats as many credits as the videos itself, or the at least equally pricey Higgsfield "superai" assistant, and pretty much double the generation price (that's without including video from unlimited gen.)
I would really recommend giving Topview a try!

"unlimited" SCAM
They offer annual "unlimited" plans for "unlimited" seedance 2.5 or 2.0 or Minimax H3 or WAN 3, which sounds awesome, it's not. Unless you consider a queue for just a text prompt video of AN ENTIRE DAY 24 HOURS to be "unlimited" and in the case of OMNI you'll wait a week? The queue is THOUSANDS of people long and it moves slow!
The staff pretend that it's a "bug" and we're working on it yet everyone who has used Topview's "unlimited" will tell you the same thing. The best thing is to contact your credit card company because the endless queue bait and switch scam which definitely does not meet the implied offer of unlimited that they conveniently "forget" to tell you about DAY+ long queue.
It's obviously not a "bug", Topview or any bulk API buyer of Seedance + Minimax + WAN models don't suffer from unbearably long queues like that due to any other reason than their own doing, it's a self imposed limitation entirely on the behalf of Topview, not Bytedance's server which has absolutely no problem generating quickly on other unlimited platforms.
The support guy is nice, but I am reviewing the company not the politeness of the support. Regardless this is nothing but a scam.

After going back and forth with Top View, they clearly have a mandate to tell already-paying customers to spend more money if they want to feel supported, or else they'll get their video generation times throttled or have 1k minutes tacked onto generations that are almost complete.
Customer support has been amazing, but I can't leave a 4-star review for just the support team, so this is for Topview AI specifically.
If I am the 100th person in a line of 1000 people, there should be no moment in time that I get shifted back further from 100. This is exactly what Topview AI does, you stand in line and they place thousands of people in front of you no matter how long you've already waited.

After going back and forth with support (the actual support team is amazing and extremely helpful; I'm rating the business practices and structure here), I have to lower my previous review.
I have seen my queued requests go from being ready it a few hours to throttled and pushed down to the queue to a full day once again. This is more that false advertisement at this point, this is intentionally lowering your ability to use an unlimited feature that they company advertised as one thing and changed the moment you paid.

Customer support has been very responsive and helpful, however, with site estimates that claim 1-6 hours for video generation during busy or heavy queue times (which is all the time, in reality) video generation still takes upwards of 24 hours (4x the worst estimate given)
That is not unlimited, nor does it match the marketing that I was led to believe as the selling point for the annual ultra $599 plan.
I do not believe that I am receiving the benefits of the claimed "unlimited for 60 days" that was advertised, at best it is limited to 5-6 generations per day as the wait time is 18-24 hours generally, with some generations taking longer than that.
Takes patience with queues, but the features and support make it worth it
I've been using Topview for a while now, and here is my honest take as a creator. If you're on the Seedance 2.0 Unlimited tier, rendering speeds can be a bit slow, and you'll occasionally need some patience with the queues. However, being able to line up around 6 tasks at once makes it much easier to manage, and the prompt logic is solid with very few content bans.
The platform itself keeps my work really organized. The UI is clean, and the Board feature makes tracking projects and assets seamless. I was also surprisingly impressed by the audio design tools—especially the English voiceovers where you can tweak tone, age, and emotion to fit the mood.
What stands out the most is their customer support. Unlike most AI platforms where you're trapped talking to chatbots for days, Topview's team responds quickly and communicates like actual human beings who genuinely care.
It takes some time to render, but the clean workflow and caring team make it a solid choice for creators.
Overall, it's rare to find an AI platform with this level of genuine human care. Tools can always be updated, but having a support team that truly listens, acts with empathy, and has your back makes all the difference. That alone makes Topview a platform I can genuinely trust for the long haul.
Like most of the negative reviews, I signed up specifically to work on an AI video project, so I chose the “Unlimited” option. Unfortunately, the reality is very different from what “unlimited” suggests.
I paid specifically to be able to generate videos without limits, yet I’m now waiting more than 12 hours for a single video. That is honestly unbelievable.
I completely understand that an unlimited plan can involve some waiting time, especially during periods of high demand. But waiting more than 12 hours goes far beyond what could reasonably be considered normal. At this point, either you need to upgrade your infrastructure and processing capacity, or do what some competitors do and temporarily stop selling the unlimited option if you simply cannot handle the current volume.
Advertising something as “unlimited” while users are effectively unable to generate anything because the queue takes half a day or more is extremely misleading and, at this level, it almost feels like a scam.
If things improve quickly, I will gladly remove or update this review, because TopView’s team does seem responsive and I genuinely hope the service gets back to normal soon.
But right now, I’m literally losing days of my paid unlimited period waiting for videos that never seem to arrive. I really hope this is fixed very quickly.

Title: $599.94 Annual Plan—120-Minute Wait Takes 1–2 Days
I purchased TopView.ai’s annual plan for $599.94, primarily because it advertised free Unlimited Seedance generations. Unfortunately, the service has not matched my reasonable expectations.
The platform displays an estimated waiting time of 120 minutes. However, in my actual experience, a generation takes between one and two days to complete. This significant difference between the displayed estimate and the actual waiting time makes the Unlimited feature extremely difficult to use.
I contacted TopView’s support team. They confirmed that all video models supporting Unlimited generation share the same queue, meaning that switching to another Unlimited model will not necessarily reduce the waiting time. They also acknowledged that the feature is currently difficult to use because of high demand.
Support said they expect the queue to improve gradually, but they provided no specific date. They offered to extend my Unlimited access as compensation but did not specify the length of the extension or when it would be applied.
These waiting times and shared-queue limitations were not clear to me before I purchased the one-year subscription. Had I known that a generation displaying 120 minutes could actually take one or two days, I would not have paid $599.94 for the annual plan.
I am asking TopView.ai’s management for a clear resolution and fair compensation. I will update this review if the company resolves the problem.

It was easy catching in to how to use the site. By far the cheapest ai generation service I found. Customer recently has been very prompt and informative which is a big plus. They have gone out of there way to assist me which has been the upmost helpful.
"Unlimited mode" doesn't exist; on any site that charges credits, you can create the same number of videos per month—and do it 1,000 times faster. Claiming it's unlimited while taking over 24 hours to create a single video... well, if it takes a month to make one video, is that "unlimited" too?
