TWOPAGESCURTAINS

Dear Deborah, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of our curtains. We apologize that the curtains arrived with wrinkles and understand your concern. As our curtains are custom-made and need to be carefully folded for shipment, wrinkles may naturally occur when the fabric remains folded inside the package during transit. After unpacking, we recommend hanging the curtains for a few days, as many wrinkles will gradually relax and disappear naturally over time. For more noticeable wrinkles, steaming or gently ironing the curtains can help restore their smooth appearance. We appreciate your suggestion regarding packaging improvements and will continue to review ways to enhance the shipping experience for our customers. Thank you again for your feedback. Best regards, TWOPAGES Team

Dear Julie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the quality and pricing of the curtain rod. We understand that your client’s preferences changed after the order was placed, and we are sorry that our return policy did not meet your expectations. For curtain rods and hardware products, our return policy applies to items with quality issues, damage, or incorrect items received. For non-quality-related returns, we are unable to accept returns under our standard policy. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your feedback regarding this policy. We will continue reviewing customer feedback and looking for ways to improve our policies and communication so customers can have a clearer understanding before placing an order.
