Dear Debbie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any confusion caused by the review request emails. After checking the information, we found that the feedback invitation you received was related to another order that has already been delivered, rather than the Valance order that is still in process. We understand that receiving a review request before receiving the product you are waiting for can be frustrating. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while your Valance order is being completed. We will continue to monitor the progress and hope your order arrives soon. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, TWOPAGES Team
