She was so communicative and helpful throughout the process and even expedited my order without asking so it could meet certain timelines. She is excellent at her job and even gave helpful suggestions on how to improve my design. I highly recommend/encourage working with her - I can't imagine a better person to work with.
I can't say enough good things about Tianyu Gems. The quality is suburb, the shipping is fast and working with Sophia was super fast, easy, and responsive. I can't wait to do business with them again!
These guys are simply awesome. Super friendly, understanding, helpful and even sent extra items. Will use again for the next ring and I reccomend them to all my friends, the rings are so much cheaper than in Canada as well for seemingly the same quality.
I absolutely love my wedding ring. It’s so beautiful and I love Mrs. Linda communication. She the best! Definitely recommend her 10/10!
Working with Sophia has been the best experience I could have hoped for during this process of getting a ring for my girlfriend. Sophia was patient, always cheerful, very efficient, and very informative. I am one happy customer. Thank you Sophia and the team!
I have worked with this company and Sophia on several occasions to create amazing one of a kind jewelry. I know I can count on them for good communication and results. I can’t wait for our next project.
I was dealing with Linda and she was absolutely amazing! Such great customer service - she was so patient and explained all my options very clearly. She was also so lovely and friendly! Turnaround times were very quick and the ring is beautiful! The ring is exactly what I wanted and made very high quality! Thanks for everything 😊
Linda is very prompt in her reply and patient in addressing all the questions I raised. The product received was beautiful and exactly what I have wanted.
Ella from Tianyu Gems was amazing! The whole process was so easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I always got a response within 24 hours. The ring is absolutely stunning! I 1000% recommend using Tianyu!
Fantastic, accommodating, quick, accurate and affordable! They worked with us to design and build our perfect rings! Shipping was fast and sales associates were quick to respond to questions. We definitely will come back for more in the future.
Great experience with Linda. Excellent communication and designed perfectly to my specifications for the engagement ring for my partner. Highly recommended.
I have dealt with Erica for personal and business orders. The goods have always been beautiful and elegant. The value is incredible. Would recommend Tianyu Gems for a smooth transaction
Excellent personal communication and my gold ring with light grey moissanite solitaire were exactly as I’d ordered and hoped for. No hard upsellin, no spamming, my lovely ring arrived promptly (UK) by tracked courier.
Tianyu Gems exceeded my expectations! I have the most beautiful ring. They were very efficient and communication was excellent. Sophia was excellent and I recommend everyone to ask for her. I will be ordering more jewellery from them! 100% worth it
Trinity is very wonderful to work with! She is diligent and communicates very clearly and effectively. She responds quickly (mind you there is a huge time difference depending on what part of the world you are in) and goes above and beyond! She is knowledgeable with all stones and metals. She has made many rings for us. She is very trustworthy and honest! We will never go elsewhere! 5 stars hands down!
My customised moissanite bracelets turned out beautifully, each one was well packaged come with GRA certificates, to my suprise I didn't realise each bracelet comes with a lifetime 18k gold replating, the base is also Stirling silver & great quality, the communication with the seller was also quick & fast shipping.
They’ve been great! I was matched up with Erica who’s been so helpful with the gold and lab diamond jewellery. She’s been easy to contact, really clear communication and quick to deliver. I’ve used their services for both my partners engagement ring and wedding ring and I recommend them to others frequently
My experience was awesome, easy and fast! I knew what I wanted, with pictures for reference and Linda was able to create a 3D CAD for me to confirm before production was starting on my earrings. She gave me many options of stones and even informed me on the difference between them. After I confirmed the CAD, it took about 10 days to make the earrings and I was updated the entire time. Once they were finished, I was sent a video of the final product to confirm before they were sent out. Shipping was FAST!! It took less than a week to arrive (I’m in Texas)… I highly recommend you check out Linda and don’t be scared to ask for quotes. I have asked for a million quotes on different pieces of jewelry and I never feel like a bother. Couldn’t be happier with my earrings and the service! 😊
Constant client of Tianyu. Have 5 rings and 3 sets of earrings. Always wonderful service, and great quality of work. My personal manager is Maggie, and I want to highlight that this is one of the best services that I have ever experienced. Shipping is secure, and she provides all necessary help and support during all process of order and shipping. Love this company and my jewelry from them
Annabella was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how she made helped me make changes to the bracelet, like changing it from gold to platinum and the adjusting the clasp. Would definitely order from Tianyu again!
