TLDR: this company is 10/10. I put in a request through the website and was quickly contacted by Maggie. She immediately presented me with multiple stones incl. GRA and approximate pricing for complete rings. After choosing the configuration I presented her with a framework design and a two days later, I had the first CAD. Adjusting details was an absolute ease with Maggie, she responded quick and forgot no details, kept me up to date on production holidays and gave me pointers for more secure prong designs and ring thicknesses. One thing that may surprise people, is, that they will send you invoices in advance through paypal. This is fully normal, in the end I paid almost exactly her initial estimation. The ring was produced very quickly and sent via express cargo, so it arrived 2 days after I first got the tracking. Besides the highly fair retail pricing (250-300 USD/ct for VVS Diamonds) the craftsmanship of the ring is superb and I genuinely believe this is standard procedure for them. I have and would recommend this company to anyone.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my custom ring from Tianyu! My ring was made with seven beautiful emerald-cut lab diamonds, approximately 7 carats total, set in 18K white gold. The diamonds are incredibly bright, beautifully matched, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Maggie was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process—from selecting the diamonds and reviewing the CAD to completing the finished ring. The ring fits perfectly and looks even more beautiful in person. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would absolutely work with Tianyu again. Highly recommended! 💍✨

They perfectly matched my custom design for an engagement ring with wedding band. The price point was the biggest seller as similar custom made rings locally in the States would have been much more expensive for the same product. The CAD design was revised until it matched exactly what I wanted, although that process took a bit of back and forth, but we were able to make it work (my tip here is to use the CAD design they send you and mark on the design the exact changes you may need). The images and video of the final product were immaculate and I was super happy to receive my ring. Thankful for Sue and all of her help, and now the only portion left is to test the longevity of the ring and design. I do plan on ordering more custom made jewelry from this company and also appreciate that they provide the IGI certificate. Lastly thankful for the additional stones and gems they sent in case the ring may need repairs locally.

Prior to taking my deposit, the representative established a binding visual contract baseline by embedding a photograph of a substantial design model directly next to our price quotes for our adult finger sizes. I provided a dozen detailed photographs displaying the exact, real-world proportions and dimensions of a finished size-10 ring. Unfortunately, the factory’s manufacturing execution failed entirely. Instead of executing a true 1:1 visual replication, the design team cross-contaminated my files and copied a miniature 4mm gemstone blueprint from a completely separate, previously canceled size-6 promise ring project. The workshop then sent close-up quality control verification photos that used forced perspective making the layouts appear substantial, which induced me to post an initial positive review in good faith prior to physical delivery. Upon opening the package, the reality was exposed: the rings were miniature, completely unwearable, and bore zero structural resemblance to the size-10 reference ring explicitly agreed upon. When confronted, the representative attempted to pass a substantial four-figure material surcharge onto me to correct their internal error. While management ultimately processed a transaction reversal rather than honoring their manufacturing obligations to construct the replication properly, a refund does not restore my funds' purpose. They did not just waste my time; they completely ruined and derailed a deeply personal custom gift project intended to surprise my sisters for our Mama's milestone birthday next week. It was never just about the jewelry; they completely destroyed the entirety of the deeply personal symbolism those rings represented, which is the very memory and spirit of our mother. Issuing a transaction reversal rather than honoring manufacturing obligations is not a resolution; it is simply an evasion of accountability. Be aware that their internal data systems are highly unstable and their quality control photos are deeply misleading.
We must respectfully but firmly disagree with the claims made within this customer’s feedback. The 4 mm square stone specification was originally requested by the customer herself at the beginning of this custom‑order project. Prior to production, we prepared and sent complete CAD drawings showing all ring dimensions, including the 4 mm stone size. The customer reviewed and formally approved these CAD files, after which we commenced manufacturing. Upon receiving the finished rings, the customer stated that she was unaware of the stone sizing and held our designer responsible for not informing her about dimensions. This directly conflicts with our chat history and the signed‑off CAD confirmation records. After the customer raised dissatisfaction, we offered a solution: we were willing to remake the five rings for her. However, resizing to larger stones would require extra gold weight, approximately an estimated additional arround 20grams total for the 5 rings (final weight subject to updated CAD drawings). Therefore the customer would need to cover the extra material cost for the bigger stones and additional gold. The customer declined our proposal and refused to pay any extra costs at all. Since we could not reach an agreement on the remake solution, we proceeded with a full refund. Even with the full refund issued, our business still sustained significant losses on this order, covering CAD design labour expenses, gold material wastage, two‑way shipping fees, and PayPal transaction charges. We regret that the customer is unhappy with the final jewellery. Nevertheless, production was strictly executed in accordance with the specifications confirmed by the client on the approved CAD files. All relevant chat records and CAD approval documents have been retained.
