Trinity is the best rep I have worked with compared to multiple other companies. I have completed two highly skilled projects with her and they both came out incredible. I am not sure another company would have been able to have the skill to complete such a highly technical design. Trinity was amazing to work with and she has left the best impression by far compared to the other competitors. It’s been 14 days and I haven’t even received a CAD, so I’m not feeling optimistic about the rest of the process and will take my business elsewhere. They said it is because they have too many orders, but this is not the timeline they provided me with when I initially reached out. I have received a refund for my deposit but am disappointed.

She recently created a Morse code ring for my best friend’s 30th birthday. Working with Zoe was very easy as she kept me updated throughout the entire process and really paid attention to all my requests and details. She was always prompt with communication and sent the CAD for approval prior to production. Furthermore, once the ring was completed she sent me pictures prior to shipping I will definitely be working with Zoe again! So glad I trusted her with the design!

Everything went really well. Beginning to end the whole process took roughly 5 weeks.
I contacted Ella through Whatsapp to ask about a custom design for an engagement ring and got several quotes. Communication was good all throughout the process, replies were fast and she kept me updated all the time. After they modeled the ring according to specification they sent me the details and I asked for a modification which they did without any problem. Once done they sent me multiple pictures and a video of the ring. It turned out identical to what was specified! I cannot emphasize enough how good the work was!!!
Shipping with tracking went flawlessly, took around 5 days to be delivered to Europe through DHL.

I reached out to her with designs in my mind and things I want to have in a ring, after that I waited for several days for a CAD to be ready, changed my mind about some detail and asked for some edits , which took couple more days to incorporate then I approved the design. After that it took less than 2 weeks for the ring to be manufactured and shipped online. It was a great experience and I would totally recommend it for anyone looking for an engagement ring.
