Sent a deposit and got nothing back
I got assigned to Trinity. Communication was good initially but stopped after I sent a deposit. It’s been 14 days and I haven’t even received a CAD, so I’m not feeling optimistic about the rest of the process and will take my business elsewhere. They said it is because they have too many orders, but this is not the timeline they provided me with when I initially reached out. I have received a refund for my deposit but am disappointed.
