Great work, communication and smooth experience overall!
Everything went really well. Beginning to end the whole process took roughly 5 weeks. I contacted Ella through Whatsapp to ask about a custom design for an engagement ring and got several quotes. Communication was good all throughout the process, replies were fast and she kept me updated all the time. After they modeled the ring according to specification they sent me the details and I asked for a modification which they did without any problem. Once done they sent me multiple pictures and a video of the ring. It turned out identical to what was specified! I cannot emphasize enough how good the work was!!! Shipping with tracking went flawlessly, took around 5 days to be delivered to Europe through DHL.
