We exchanged design ideas, I followed her suggestions and recommendations and all of my pieces were BETTER than I expected. I worked with Trinity on a custom lab diamond ring and the process was very smooth from beginning to end. She was very responsive and was able to make my custom ring come true! The service at tygems is excellent, their team was able to assist in the creation of the 3D design to the production in a fairly reasonable timeline. All payments were done through Alibaba which made it easy to pay regardless in which country you are. I received my ring within one week of it being shipped which is really fast!
I worked with Maggie and am very happy with the process and resulting pair of gorgeous custom earrings. Maggie was extremely helpful, patient, and responded quickly, wonderful customer service. The CADs were created within a few days and the earrings were completed within the time frame given. They were posted quickly and arrived without hassle.

3rd time buying from them - they retroactively asked me to pay an additional $40 in shipping for a single earring after I had PayPal'ed them $84 (post-fees) for it. Then, they made me pay for the fees / refunded me $76 when I decided it wasn't worth it.
