Order only if you are willing to gamble on getting the correct size because if you don't forget about it. The customer service is absolutely dreadful. I ordered my fourth pair which turned out to be a size nine. I sent them photo's that compared the previous size seven's and this pair. They said that since the pair in question was stamped a size 7 there was no problem but they did allow me to send them back. After many e-mails and requested photo's I finally received some of the money back six months later. The shoes are so great. I wish some American company would make similiar ones.

I have many pairs of these shoes and love them but customer service is indeed terrible. Everything I order comes from China and takes forever. That said, recently I ordered a new style and they sent me the wrong size. As soon as I figured out that they were sending be a 5 instead of 7.5 I wrote them but it was too late. I ordered a 7.5 and now both arrived weeks later. I have to return the 5 and am hoping that it will not be a nightmare. Let's see. The other reviews are not positive.
However, if you get the right size, they are wonderful and great for problem feet.
You should hope you never have a problem with this co. First, all supposed customer service emails are blocked. Next they insist there is NO problem with a shoe, it's YOU. Even showing them photos of my first pair, size 9; and my second pair, size 9 but shorter... no it's me. Luckily paid with PayPal otherwise you are out of luck. Then I found like shoes for way less!! $27. So search, don't trust these creeps or lose your hard-earned $$.

Uin shoes, if you receive them, are great BUT this is another unscrupulous Chinese operation masquerading as European. Aside from the usual issues of poor communication, incredibly slow delivery and hidden currency exchange costs they also deliberately sell out of stock items which never turn up. This has happened to me twice (I know - more fool me). They wait until you contact them and then offer an exchange stringing you along for weeks and weeks. I've demanded a refund which I'm told will take another 3 weeks to process but I'm not confident of receiving it. I don't know if it's anything to do with Brexit and weaker regulations but these Chinese scams are more devious and at the same time more brazen than they've ever been. I don't know if there is a reputable outlet for these shoes as they're great if you get them, sadly I wont be taking the chance any more.

Despite having an Australian URL this company is based in China which we only discovered when we tried to return shoes we had bought because they were the wrong size. After 4 months and spending $57 on postage the shoes were returned without being replaced. The company then suggested we resend them and that we could buy the correct shoe size at half price.

Misrepresent their shoes - Terrible customer service!
Terrible company - DO NOT buy the clearance shoes! The clearance shoes are not overstocks - they are either RETURNS or USED! The first time I received the USED shoes, and complained, they sent me a new pair. I thought it was just a "fluke", so I ordered another pair....so guess what they were also either returned or used and they smelled horribly like chemicals....I can return them and they will send a new pair - but at my own expense. They misrepresent these shoes, and won't make them good. Very unhappy and will not order again - too bad as I really like the fit and feel of these shoes. I ordered a non clearance pair previously, and they were fine. Will not order again!

Delivery took a long time, however, once on my hands I realise that the size is bigger, comparing with other brands then I tried many times to get some help from its web site to return the shoes but nobody answers me jet. Nice shoes but terrible customers service.

Yes, my new shoes are comfortable and look fantastic but they are also a reason for many of my recent conversations when I wear them. They are different and people take notice!
They feel like air, but with a good sole. It doesn't feel like you are walking in a sock, and they have lasted me years. I use these in the office during winter boot season, also.
Just received this shoe today. It is a work of art. All seams are well defined. I especially like the versatility of having a handsome semi-dress type shoe with the support and cushion of a slip-on sneaker.

I have been wearing UIN canvas shoes for years. They are comfortable, cute and well priced. With the addition of leather and also wool UIN has made the jump from warm weather shoes to cold weather ones. The grey wool slip ons are my fav right now. They are warm, lightweight & durable. I spot clean them, too. I’d buy another pair but they are sold out in my size.
Total rip-off, don’t go there!!!! Ordered through Amazon, the company kept saying they sent the order but never arrived. Amazon was clueless with regard to this vendor, should have vetted them more extensively. Cute styles draw you in, but they’re a no-show.

I have sent multiple emails to try and exchange the two pairs of UIN shoes that I recently purchased for bigger sizes. My emails are unanswered and I've tried FB and Messenger, with the same result. I think my next calls will be to Fair Trading at the ACCC. Perhaps the NSW Ombudsman. I'm sick of this! Totally unacceptable. The shoes may be pretty but the after sales service is NON EXISTENT!

If you want your money back because the shoes haven't arrived, go through the PayPal Buyer Protection scheme, or your credit card's chargeback scheme.
I went through PayPal after I'd had no reply to my emails to Uin, I suddenly got immediate responses and a very quick refund!
I ordered early June and still waiting. I have contacted the company via email and no response. Don't expect to receive shoes as it now 2 months.
