I ordered a custom-made costume

I ordered a custom-made costume, which took quite a while to make. But the customer service was very responsive and patiently confirmed my measurements to ensure a good fit. If they could shorten the production time, it would be even better!

Obsessive questions caused costume to be too late

I ordered a replacement after receiving a size too small with a deadline needed to recieve the costume. I was contacted and asked if I wanted custom sizing and I stressed the time limit, but the employee insisted to make it custom, asking for my measurements and telling me they didn't even have the size I ordered in stock, which caused me to question why it's listed as available. After sending my size, I spent a week dealing with multiple questions of if I'm sure those are my measurements that I wasn't even confident taking before finally agreeing to make the suit. You could have just made a large to specifications by this point. Finally it was made and shipped, I received it 2 weeks after the date it was needed and the suit is still snug even with the measurements.

I'm happy with the order I purchased from unibuyplus. The Wolverine suit was very well made. I gotten so many compliments. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars because the gloves were very small and I have big hands. But overall everything was great. Will be buying from unibuyplus again soon.

I ordered the Wonder Woman costume and…

I ordered the Wonder Woman costume and shoes, overall the costume is nice, however there are some negative points The bustier is super pretty but the transparent straps don't hold properly and can come off quite easily when you move. The skirt is also very beautiful, but on the other hand, putting a scratch that does not hold well to close the skirt, it is not possible. I had to remove the scratch and buy hooks to put a closure that holds well. Let's talk about the shoes, good sizes, quite sturdy, but the leggings? They were not my size, they were much too big. Once again I had to buy elastic bands so that the leggings would hold properly on my legs. The quality of the suit overall is good, but it's a shame that for the price I paid, I had to do a lot of alterations.

My experience overall was pretty good. They communicated well about sizing and confirming my shipping address. I was especially excited for the custom altering of my purchase. I purchased a link cosplay. I had to do a lot of altering due to the sizing, even after they said it was custom made. It could've been me giving incorrect sizes or them. So it's not that big of a deal. My problem was the smaller pieces falling apart. An arm band was sewn on incorrectly so I had to remove it and fix it. The fur for my head has no way of holding it up. So I had to find means to do that. A zonai piece collapsed after one use. I only attached it to the belt and it fell off. It seems they used hot glue or something similar. That one pin wasnt going to keep it such a heavy piece up. The belts and straps were far too large and needed to be altered. The quality of the material is amazing. I'm just disappointed I had to do so much diy. But I'm still happy with part of this piece.

Costume especially the cape and trunks great quality fast shipping to my apartment only slightniggld is i need to lose weight in the glutes area otherwise fits great .

Its not clear how to take measurments

Wring item, bad customer service

They made the wrong sized shoe for me and when I contacted them about getting a refund or a replacement they ghosted me.

suits insanely oversized

They make the suits insanely oversized, especially in the hands and legs. I even contacted the seller to help me get the right size, so they sent out another size to me. But it still fits very loosely in the hands and legs. 2/5 for the suit, it can be resized with a tailor. But i think $100 for the suit is too much for the quality I got. 5/5 for the seller trying to help me out.

Great materials, and excellent quality. The costumes weren't sized properly in a few areas, but we were able to re-tailor them fairly easily

Looks Great But May Need Some Tweaks

Good quality for the price. Looks great. Few little things. Two of the pouches came off the belt. Need a better way of securing the belt loops. Fit ok based on sizing chart (measurements were accurate). Custom sizing would be nice but that's because of my measurements. I'm 6'3" 225lbs and bigger through chest and shoulders. The standard measurements that fit me up top were big through the waist. Not a huge deal. I got a tailor to take the costume in and only cost me $40. One note, make bigger gloves for bigger sized costumes. The gloves ran small for me. For the mask I did some work. It flared out wider than I liked so a heat gun was used to bend the sides in. Also, I drilled holes in the mouth and head to improve ventilation (my wife's Lady Deadpool costume from Unibuy had this so I copied). Be prepared to add thick foam to the top of the shell to align eyes and thin foam at forehead to relieve pressure. All in all I'm happy!! A few after market tweaks for fitting but the costume looks awesome!! PS.....my wife's Lady Deadpool costume from Unibuy looked amazing (again, after getting it tailored).

Positive Experience

Placing the order online was a little scary as not a common company where we're from. However, the customer service was swift in response to help relieve our anxieties and answer our questions. They also reached out with questions to us to make sure we had measured and felt confident in our selections.

I’ve sent emails on emails

I’ve sent emails on emails and I get the run around on where my package is. The tracking number changes states everyday. “ Customer service “ says don’t worry product will be delivered to your address. Then the next day “customer service” said looks like it has to be picked up. Which I’m okay with but they will not give me the pick up location. And every phone number they tell me to call doesn’t work the number beeps then drops the call. Unibuyplus seems like a scam. I ordered my suit over 30 days keep in mind. I want what I paid for.
