I ordered my boyfriends and I costumes for Halloween this year from them. They were amazing in helping me figure out sizing and shipping since I need the suits by a certain date. I always was in communication it was nice. As for the quality both outfits were made very nicely, the quality was definitely there. I highly recommend if you purchase anything do express shipping just cause they do take a while making everything, so if you need something by a certain date definitely express ship it. Other than that, they did a real nice job!
I was sold a 300-dollar costume and paid $48 for express shipping. I got a notification the next day saying that due to mass amount sold I wouldn't get it for 6 weeks or more. Thats not the problem. I tried contacting them 3 different ways. No one got back to me for over 24 hours. Thats when their order cancelation policy expires. So, I took note of every contact I had with them. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me. One threw email said their tailor asked if I would just take an extra-large instead of my custom that I ordered. I said no just give me my money back. 24 hours later I get an email asking if I could kindly take a check? I did PayPal. so, I said no I need my PayPal refunded. Then I tried calling, I got a man that only said hello like he couldn't hear me. I asked about a refund, and he was very unsure of what he was doing. I had to call 3 times just to get someone. He said that it had been longer, I said no I have I emailed twice and went through their Facebook they want you too immediately. 4 days later I Finally got a refund verification after arguing and pleading. I recommend NOT getting from them.

The boots are oddly sized and not even. Two sizes bigger than ordered. Really good price. Soles of rubber smell like petroleum and have to keep in garage because of smell.
I did not receive my order. Please send product ordered. No feet is fine.

It got here on time and I thought it was great but all our costumes started to fall apart immediately after putting them on. Just touching my shoes made the threads start to pull out. For the price I figured we'd be able to use it a few times but nope. Especially if their was any sweat make sure you don't touch them with your hands! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service was decent and it arrived on time.

The suit base was really good however all the other parts are pretty cheap in quality. The pants, shirt, and cape were decent. However the gloves, shoulders and sash were cheap and had stitching that was loose and stringy. Gloves also very bulky and not form fitting.
