EDIT: my package has now shipped but only weighs 0.82kg. however I ordered two separate items. The second item was a custom order which I communicated via email and a note on the original order on the website. I then paid for the custom item and the extra shipping cost via a PayPal link I was emailed. I really would like to confirm if my package contains both my original order and the custom order as I am very concerned that the package which has shipped only contains the original order not the custom order as well.
I confirmed my order on the 9th of September, but since then I have had no update or reply to any email I have sent. My order has been in "awaiting shipping" status for over a month now. I require the cosplay I ordered within the designated time and I am extremely concerned about my package and my money. I have sent multiple emails and messages but have received no replies or acknowledgement. I have ordered from here before and had a positive experience and am extremely disappointed with the service this time.

The quality and the details are amazing in this suit, I do recommend just measuring yourself and looking at the size chart. My measurements fit with L and XL, and I wanted a slightly tight fit so I went with L and I was not disappointed. I am 6 ft. In height and 200lb also. Customer service was always answering quick with questions I had. Overall, the best suit I’ve bought so far and great experience purchasing from them
Purchased for the first time from this site as the had a wide variety of suits. I have messaged and emailed in regard to my order as it has been sitting in "awaiting shipping" status for almost 2 weeks now. Halloween is coming up and im fearful I will not be able to receive my suit in time. I have not heard anything back despite sending multiple emails and messages through their websites chat. I see multiple negative reviews due to shipping and now am extremely concerned for my package and my money.
I see the owner is replying to a lot of these so I hope they can finally make contact with me as well.

Bought a Clair Obscur cosplay. Some pieces were made better than others (button holes that are too small for the buttons, very cheap looking printed vinyl that I will have to pain to make look better) but overall for the price, worth it, and it does look nice. Shipping was faster than I thought and the sizes were accurate. I would buy from them again. I'm excited to wear the costume.

I ordered the Miles Morales Costume on September 12th and I got it October 1st in terms of delivery I would say its pretty quick (Though i did pay extra for the quicker shipping!). In terms of the product itself very true to size (I am 5’3 125 lbs, I had my sister go through the measurements to make sure i got the right size xs) so make sure you check with tape. The material is very good, no tears no rips! Only complaint I have is the belt is a bit too long but I can cut it myself so its doesnt dangle and the mask I cant really see through it very well but I was planning to use it without the mask anyways. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and I cannot wait to wear it to NYCC 2026!!!🕷️🕸️
My experience wasn't too bad up until O ordered my suit. Since then I've had no response whatsoever to my emails. I need this suit within the designated time and the tracking number is invalid so tracking doesn't work at all. Unibuyplus haven't responded to these emails yet and I'm starting to worry if the suit will arrive on time.
