Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the costumes, noting that the fabrics and detailed craftsmanship consistently exceed expectations. Many people also appreciate the remarkably responsive customer support team, who readily assist with sizing questions, alongside exceptionally fast and reliable delivery. Buyers often highlight how well the items fit when following the provided guides carefully. Some people were dissatisfied with specific product details, mentioning that the included masks occasionally arrived stretched out or did not fully match the online photos. Additionally, a small group of reviewers noted occasional shipping delays or experienced minor sizing discrepancies.

I love my costume! It’s a perfect fit and I’m super pleased with the customer service I was given from this company. I’d definitely return for another costume
Amazing costume quality. Fast shipping and very responsive to messages! I will keep returning as a customer.
Paid 2 weeks ago and and account says still waiting for delivery. Sent emails and no still no communication
I am truly sorry. We recently experienced an overwhelming volume of messages, and unfortunately, yours slipped through the cracks. That is entirely on us, and there is no excuse for making you feel ignored. We would love the chance to make this right for you immediately. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number (or check your inbox, as I’ll also send you a direct message), and I will personally take care of your request today.
The company was helpful in their correspondence and communication. While there was a minor issue I had that they weren’t able to completely solve, they were very professional.
The suit is good is cofortabel it very nice
Great communication. They advised me about sizing and always replied quickly. Suit arrived on time and fits perfectly!
I ordered the Spiderman Brand New Day suit as my first purchase from this store for a charity event. The Unibuy Plus team did nothing short of deliver. Although delivery time did take a little longer than hoped for, when it arrived roughly a little under a month after purchase-it was worth the wait. I have little to no complaints about the suit. They even went as far as to change my order size after I had requested the wrong size. The only things I would change is the plastic that covers the lens on the mask tends to fog up super easily, and I believe it would be much better without it. And secondly the faceshell is a little inaccurate to the Brand New Day look. It is a snug fit so getting into the suit does pose a challenge but its worth it in the end. Overall Im super impressed and pleased with the service and product!
Delivery is just right time. The quality of costume thumbs up and details are perfect. Highly Recommend!
Good quality and didn’t take long to come
From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I ordered a full Deadpool costume and the whole process went smoothly. The team followed up by email to confirm my sizing and shipping details, which gave me real confidence in their attention to detail. The costume arrived on time and the quality exceeded my expectations. It fits perfectly and looks great. Highly recommended!
Soooo perfect makes me feel just like daredevil. Perfectly made and fit to me thanks so much
arrived pretty quickly (2 weeks ish to Canada). the quality of the costume was good, but a bit small compared to the listed measurements. had to make a few easy adjustments myself in order to tweak it to my own preference, but overall was a great purchase. Will definitely buy from here again!
Definitely worth your service! Unibuy is a LEGIT place to get a Costume between app price ranges and level of detail. I bought a Spider-man Brand new day suit, I love it!, at first I was scared to take the risk of buying one because I didn’t know where to get a legit one and now I’ll be coming back to Unibuy! As I said the quality of the suits range depending on your price range but the quality is fantastic regardless. Now they do ship from china so expect a bit of a wait, but not too long. Even being out of country my suit arrived in less than 3 weeks. The only thing I’d say to “warn” anyone about is tracking your package, since they ship from china, when the package hits the US sometimes tracking can get a little weird and won’t show updates for awhile or at all and just deliver out of nowhere. Overall, amazing quality, legit and very helpful, Unibuy makes sure to be very responsive if you have any questions or concerns (remember they ship out of china so emails can sometimes take a day to get a reply)
It arrived way faster than I expected! However my only issue is the shoes, as I realised that it was meant to be the size of my actual foot, and not my shoe size, which I don't see as a biggie. I do think that should have been outlined on the website in my opinion, other than that, it is brilliant!!
Quality was really good, shipped faster than expected
