Good quality for the price and exceptional client service. Just make sure to take the measurements right and get a U-zip for the back so you can put the costume on by yourself.
Wonderful service and product! Excellent communication as well and I love my outfit. The only thing I was a little disappointed on was the mask part of my outfit. I didnt realize I wasnt asked about my measurments for the mask, it doesn't fit at all, but that's fine. Will be ordering again!
I bought a spider man costume , it came with a defective head shell, a tear in the spider man suit, in their policy it says that if something is defective because of them their are gonna cover shipping fee, they talked to me on whatapps and told me i have to cover shipping fee because its too expensive for them, they are scammers dont buy from them

You are 100% correct. Our policy clearly states that if an item arrives defective, we cover the return shipping. My team was completely wrong to ask you to pay for it, and I have already addressed this mistake internally.
Please send the costume back to us. I personally guarantee that we will cover the full return shipping fee for these quality issues (the defective head shell and the tear).

Good communication in finding the right size. Very responsive and very patient. Delivery was fast and tracking was easy. The outfit looks great, and my kid look exactly like the Batman in the movie.

The fit was good. I would have to say the mask you will have to use a dryer to fix and the shoes kinda hurt but I’ll wear thicker socks. Overall the quality of the suit was super super nice. I would highly recommend!!
