When I tried to get tracking information a week before my departure that wasn't available. On the day before my trip, I asked for a refund and has received the runaround every since. I'm still looking for a refund. The order did arrive a day before I was scheduled to return home. The shirts were no longer needed because I purchased more while I was out of town.

I have ordered several items from them before, 1 at a time. But this time I order several items at one time and need to return/exchange. I have sent two emails, one the next day after receiving the package, the other email 5 days after receiving the package, and I also responded to the email that sent me when I ordered the items. I have not received a response, and it doesn't look like they honor what their own policy is on the website or what they advertise on their commercial ads. This is very disappointing and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL POST THIS REVIEW ON ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIA SITES TELLING EVERY/ANYONE TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Show American, which I didn't realize this company wasn't.
So far about 80% of the items I purchased do not look like the picture. The fabric is different than the picture. I just wish it was the same fabric, but other than that the quality is good.
The shirt came in a timely fashion, it was as described, brown textured long sleeve turtle neck shirt, and fit well.
Dresses look classy on pictures, but when dresses arrived, they didn’t look as nice. I ordered for the first time from this company in February 2024. It would be my last. I am 5’3 and weigh 114 lbs. so I’m slim. I easily fit into dresses. With great taste for clothings too. HUGE problem is with returns. I have to return them to CHINA! The dresses i ordered cost $120. I thought it was a bargain for 4 dresses. BUT after trying them on, I only liked 1. I had to return 3 items for a total of $95. international shipping would have cost me $80. My refund was $95, cost of shipping is $80. It didn’t make sense! IT IS A BAD DEAL!! A year later, I still remember my bad experience with this company. My advise, DO NOT BUY THEIR DRESSES!

Oct 16, and June 30, 2025 was the dates of my orders. The very worst experience for customer service. I was told the first order was destroyed because my merchandise couldn't be delivered. And I was blamed for the error and was told I wouldn't be getting my merchandise unless I paid again. No fair because I already paid 120 for this order. Next order was delayed and I wasted treated appropriately for this order either. But I don't think I'll be ordering anymore. Custermer service is horrible.
DO NOT SHOP UOOZEE!! If I could rate this company lower than 1 I would. I placed an order with enthusiasm thinking I had finally found my “go to” for the look @ a decent price; BOY WAS I WRONG!! The description of the item as far as the material was wrong and the sizing according to their size chart was ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! I reached out per their return policy only to find out their customer service was just as bad as their product. THEY DO NOT GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS INSTEAD THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND & BACK & FORTH IN ATTEMPTS TO OFFER YOU A REFUND SoOo MUCH LOWER & REQUEST YOU KEEP THE ITEMS!! WAIT, WHAT?? YES!! MY RETURN WAS BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS & THE SIZING IS IRREGULAR!! MY RESPONSE TO DECLINE THE OFFER & INSISTED ON DOING THE RETURN ONLY TO BE OFFERED AN INCREASE OF A REFUND (NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I PAID) & TO STILL KEEP THE MERCHANDISE.., WAIT WHAT??!! I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL OUTLINING THE TERMS OF THEIR RETURN POLICY & MY CONTINUED REQUEST TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND…I WAS OFFERED ANOTHER, BUT HIGHER AMOUNT OF A REFUND (NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I PAID) & TO STILL KEEP MY MERCHANDISE… WAIT, WHAT?? MY HOPE IS THEY WILL GO AFTER UOOZEE FOR REPAYMENT. Upon submitting this review, I am still waiting on an email response from “Amber” representative I have been emailing back & forth. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IN CHINA, PLEASE!!!!!! The size guide is off, the clothes are cheap quality. The clothes are NOTHING like the pictures. They’re like knock-offs. I order from them and nothing fit. I reached out for a return label. They informed me that I had to return everything to China!!! Did I mention their return policy doesn’t clarify that returns have to be shipped to China???? If I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered from yhem and they are fully aware that’s a no go for American shoppers. They attempted to haggle me with a small refund and keep clothes that I can’t wear! I ended up filing a claim with PayPal, my financial institution, Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. Save yourselves the headache!!! I wish America wound stop allowing companies like from attacking our consumers. It’s very unfair. I am going to post this on every platform that I can!!!!!
I didn't like how the dresses fit, and the jacket is too small. I asked Amber how I can return it and get a refund. She responded by offering me $17.00 out of my over $70.00 order. I am very upset.

Very disappointed dissatisfied with your response regarding my concerns and returns the most unprofessional service ever The quality of clothing is so disappointing. In addition the return policy I do not recommend buying from them. They expect you to return everything to China letting you know it would be more expensive to return it then for them to give you your refund sadly, they offer me $25 Refund. I said no they respond to me offering me $35 and last I still said no and they’re offering me $45 with a 15% off on my next purchase like I’m ever gonna buy from them again no way.

Just received a blouse-oriental jacket. It was supposed to be silk, it's polyester. Should have been embroidered, it's a printed large design. Doesn't look anything like photograph . Some of their clothes are nice, others are cheap, quality sucks. I will never buy from them anymore. Not happy.
