I ordered a pair of pants in a size up from my regular size. It took longer than expected. I love my pants, and I got them with no problem.

Love the quality of their clothes

Love the quality of their clothes. The only suggestion is to make sure that sizes correspond to the US sizes with the shoes and pants.

So far I love my burgundy dress, but please let the delivery person know to ring my doorbell also that I appreciate them and would like to give them a tip if it’s permitted because after all we give tips when we go out to eat as well as when we order in. Thanks S. Lee

I ordered an item that looked beautiful on the company’s website, but what I received looks nothing like the pictures. The quality is absolutely terrible — cheap materials, poor workmanship, and completely different from what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they tried to make me pay for the return shipping even though it was their mistake. That’s completely unfair and deceptive. If a customer receives something different from what was shown online, the company should take responsibility. It’s honestly disappointing. I’m starting to believe this company takes advantage of foreign customers who can’t easily return items. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews — this is clearly a pattern. I would not recommend ordering from this website unless you want to waste your money and deal with poor customer service.

Terrible material

Terrible material. The fabric is hard! I ordered a 2x because I am used to clothes being sized extremely small. But this was ridiculous!! I really don't think my 8 year old niece would be able to wear this shirt. I reached out for a refund but they offered me $8 to keep it. It cost me $42 to buy. My other option was to return it to China. So I reached out again because I was actually going to pay WHATEVER IT COST to mail it to China just to make them pay me back. But they are not sending an address for me to use.

Your sizes are too small. I use XL from USA and it fix perfectly, I ordered 2XL and it don't fix, and I an a litter thinner, I gave it away.

Terrible return experience

My item arrived later than planned. I tried it on immediately and it does not fit. I requested a return the same day - all tags and original packaging on hand. I've been asking for a return authorization and lable and every day they write back with a reason why I should just keep the dress - that does not fit! I'm still trying to return the dumb dress. I should probably just dispute the charge. I've done everything correctly. Only order if you 100% know you are going to keep it.

Upset merchandise not received

I ordered a pair of pants and they were never delivered so I have ordered and paid for another pair. "Loose pockets solid color zipper pants trousers $41.99 order #45053 on 9/25/2025. My second pair was ordered on 10/18/2025 order #61197. Shipment has never made it. I have ordered from this company many many times but this is horrible
