While I love the fashion that Uoozee promotes I don’t think that they check their sellers out accurately. I have ordered from them several times only to find out that my order comes from a different seller and many times they cannot be contacted. Be very cautious what you order from them and make sure it’s from Uoozee and not another company!

I requested a cancellation before the item had even shipped, but it wasn’t accepted. While they were “reviewing” my request, they didn’t secure the stock — and in the end, it went out of stock. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered 2 items. The tracking provided said both items were delivered but only got 1 item. The item delivered didn’t look like the picture nor did it look like the same material. I am still waiting on the other item in which I was told was still at the warehouse. I have not heard anything since 10/20/2025. At this point I just want my money back!

The size is a true XL Sent email with concerns , your company did not want to give me return label. Stated I had to pay for my return. Then stated for me to keep items and they would refund me $17. I have been very surprised by the quality. I will defiantly be ordering again. I did order a dress in a size L and I normally wear an XL, so unfortunately it is too small. I don't know if returning it is easy.
Great Pillow!
This review is for Derila Pillows not Uoozee. Ordering process was easy and delivered within reasonable time. First few nights were awful and I questioned whether I had made the right purchase, however I have gradually got used to the pillow and find I have a very deep sleep now and it is helping with my neck issue. Feel the instructions (pictures) could be a bit clearer. Pleased I purchased now. Feel diagram of which was to lay on pillow could be a little clearer.

Your return policy is terrible
Your return policy is terrible. The item ships from California but a return has to be sent to China and customer has to pay for shipping. Your website states easy returns/refunds. Fakes advertising. I will never order from you again.

Unfortunately, I had to pay almost thousand turkish lira for duty which fact surprises me because this amount iş very high and out of my knowledge and therefore the next order cannot be realized. However,your goods are perfect.
