Poshmark and USPS have lost my boots and I have paid for them in full. You are obviously doing nothing about it. The tracking on it stopped almost immediately after shipment. And I can't get an update, and apparently you cannot get an update and this is unacceptable. Someone has stolen those boots off of the truck in transit, and I need to know for sure that this is what it is.And then I want a FULL refund. You are doing nothing about it.And this is not company/ customer good relations.

I ordered a dress online on 06/25/2026 and added the insurance. The package came through the Chicago Distribution Center on 07/13/2026. The tracking number states the package was delivered to my address, but it never arrived; plus, my phone number was incorrect on the order. I emailed their customer service about the issue, and they said they would reship the dress. The dress has not been reshipped, and I have not received a refund.
