I loved the dress, but it was missing some pearls that were suppose to be on the waist. Other than that shipping was fast and it came with extra jewelry and a hoop skirt!

No support, no returns

Don't believe what the website tells you about returns. I have been writing to support for the past few weeks with absolutely no reply. The dress itself didn't match the description at all either, it was frayed in places and much shorter than described online. It also cost me 170€ plus shipping of 44€. On top of this, the way it was packaged, meant that it arrived so creased and squashed. Looked terrible! Chinese production like this are manufacturing things that end up in land fills to the detriment of our planet. More and more people are really angry about this.

No contact from the company when trying to return an item.

I ordered a dress using the measurements on their website. I had checked the return policy and their website says that you can return the item if it is the incorrect size. The dress was very small on me. I tried starting a return and got the blue screen of death several times. I tried the "contact us" form. They have never contacted me. I have tried contacting them three times and I have never gotten a response. If I could I would give them negative stars.

worst online shopping experience ever

I wouldn't recommend shopping here. I bought a dress after looking at the pictures and checking the size, but what I received was much too big. It looked like a Halloween costume. I tried to process a refund through the website but couldn't send a request. Customer service was also unresponsive. Really a waste of money.

Ocean blue short sleeve floor length dress

I received regular updates from the time I ordered the dress until its arrival. The dress was shipped with a couple of days, and arrived in approximately one week. It was very well packed, and is very well made with a very substantial lining and a built-in adjustable shelf bra. We will have to let out the waist considerably; this is my only complaint. Lovely very well made dress thank you!!

I tried to register with 2 different…

I tried to register with 2 different email addresses. Each time the web said that the email address is in use. Some sort of a scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of heels

I ordered 2 pairs of heels, and they arrived crammed into 1 shoe box and the satin shoes were damaged. I've emailed the company and have yet to hear back. That was over 2 weeks ago, I tried logging back into my account, and I can't get back in. I've tried reseting my password and I can't because there's no way to verify that your not a robot, by clicking on the images. I've tried it now at 3 different location, thinking it my be my internet, but it definitely is not.

Not honoring their return policy.

While the dress we received was more or less as shown on the site, it arrived fairly late, and by the time we got it, we had a dress from elsewhere. I put in a return request well within the specified return period, never received any response. 4 months later, its status is still "Pending Approval" Stay away.

No customer service

The dress I ordered wasn’t good quality nor was the size the size I preferred. It was way too big. Spent a fortune sending it back and have been completely ghosted. No response. No refund. No acknowledgement of return or even a response to my emails. I would never recommend them. Do not buy from them.

No customer service/ returns

The quality of the dress that arrived is similar to a Halloween costume. I’m trying to return the dress, I cannot get a single response via any Avenue (phone, email, chat.) I would not recommend ordering from this site no matter the cost savings.

Scammers - don't buy from them

I ordered a 'fast delivery' dress in March. It arrived end of April. It did not fit well so requested a return - no response. Two weeks later, I returned it (for a cost of £28). I have heard nothing since the 11th May. No confirmation of return, no refund, no reply to emails. They now, presumably, have the returned dress. I am left without a dress or my $134. Scammers - don't buy from them.

I paid for a fast delivery, 15 days later still nothing the track number on DHL says "Tag printed awaiting for the parcel to be given to us ". I sent 4 messages still no answers!!!I paid 40 extra euros for nothing and I don't know if I will get me dress ontime !

No delivery

My dress was supposed to be sent within 24 hours from ordering. I have gotten a message that it has been sent. However, when I track it at dhl, they have not received it and it is almost two weeks from ordering. Also, I don’t get any replies from the customer service. Probably I won’t get it in time for the party.

Please give me my dress

I ordered a dress on the 19th of May that was custom tailored for £160.The website said that the order was complete on May 29 but I never received any package. No one rang my doorbell and I did not sign any parcel. I clicked to see the tracking information but it says that the information was invalid. No one is responding to my messages. This was supposed to be my dress for prom I’m so upset 😞

No Customer Satisfaction

No refund. Item never came company only correspond one time then ignore you cant talk to a live person i ordered 1 dress 5weeks ago with no update to or if I'll ever get it. I will let everyone know if it comes and leave another review Thanks

Avoid this company

Avoid this company I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. After checking the size guide and measuring my foot I ordered what they recommended. They arrived and are at least 3 sizes larger than they should be. I’ve contacted them 6 times and have now lodged a PayPal dispute. They do not respond to any communication.
