Good communication and quick arrival
My item arrived very early than expected shipped via Fedex. I was anxious that the gown will just look alright on photo as it is my first time with this shop BUT the gown is so pretty, sparkly and a true ball gown. Daughter is excited to wear it for her birthday.

I purchased a pair of wedding shoes from Veal on 9/2/22, received request for review before I ever received my product. When my shoes arrived I was happy but they are sooooo very "hard" on my feet just to try them on that they hurt terribly. I immediately contacted Veaul via email for a refund so that the shoes don't stay with me longer than necessary. I recieved confirmation that my email was recieved and that I woild be contacted by customer service soon. Never happened!!! I emailed customer service 3 times for return label or even just to voice my complaint, with no response from customer service to date. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS. Still have expensive shoes that are useless to me in my possession.
Buy and beware
I placed a order on September 15,2022 for some shoes I wanted to wear for a wedding on Oct.4,2022. I noticed a few days later I did not receive a tracking number or shipping date. However I said figure it will take a few days to ship. When I am tracking it I don’t see it moving to shipping. I was checking everyday. Then I seen tracking number generated when I look at the number it’s my phone number. I have tried reaching out to this company by email website email several times no response all you get back is a automatic message saying they received your email and someone will reach out to you. I am still waiting it’s now September 29, 2022. I looked today to see if the tracker moved to shipping it was saying package has been delivered. The package was delivered where and when ?I never received it. Now emailed the company again telling them I never received the package and I want a full refund. Then has the nerve to charge me a extra 25.00 for shipping for a item I never received. I am livid and pissed. People please buy and beware of this company they will never get my business again. They have bad customer service and very unprofessional.
Unreliable, avoid
They did not ship the item and did not respond to any contact. On looking at the reviews here, I actually got lucky since I would've been in a worse situation had I received the dress and disliked it. If you do want to take the risk, make sure you order with PayPal and have a few months to spare before you need your item. I made a claim through there and got my money back, but they have zero customer service if you need to reach them. Better to avoid this company and avoid the hassle. (Ordered on the 28th of August, received a refund on the 21st of September.)
Wedding dress
The wait time was a while, but worth it! I mean it is unnerving but it does come from China guys so it takes a while. Also they do not make the dress or start production on it until you order it which can take up to 15 days it says all of this in there order details. I did start receiving emails from them after my dress had been made and shipped. We are very pleased overall with the dress it's gorgeous and just as it was pictured
Very poor service
Very poor service. Paid for expedited shipping, two weeks later, nothing i had to email them and was only after my message item was shipped. Ofcourse i didnt receive it in time for my event.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I normally give chances and I understand if things fall through the cracks with some things so I am not just being petty with this review. I ordered a dress for a masquerade ball and paid $50 for expedited shipping. It arrived a month later. I am so disappointed because I wasn't able to wear it. I messaged them several times and have NEVER received an email from them. I asked for a return since I won't be needing it and they have not messaged me about it. Please Never buy from them. I am out so much money because of this.
delivery time
order number #000019237 I ordered my dress a week and a half ago. It is still packaging and I need it ASAP. I am worried if it does not come before I need it. I really need mine or else I would want to refund before it is shipped so that I could get the delivery fee back which was $25. They won't reply my mails which I sent about three times.

THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. THEY SAID MY DRESS HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT HAS NOT. I WASTED 140 DOLLARS. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM ITS A SCAM.
These guys are horrible
These guys are horrible. It has been almost 6 weeks for a pair of Wedding shoes, that we had to buy elsewhere. I have 4 support tickets starting 6 weeks ago and not one has been answered.
Veaul is not a respectable company. Don't order from them.
The dress we ordered in early April hasn't arrived by May 8, and the prom is in 5 days. We've sent two emails and received no reply. Now that we're trying to figure out what happened, we realize that we received an order confirmation number, but not the promised follow-up email confirmation with details. One would be well advised to stay away from "Veaul."
No returns
Their webpage says you can make a return, but you need preauthorization and they just ignore the request. I submitted it right away so I wasn’t over the time limit. Now I’m stuck with a dress that will never be worn. Do NOT believe the return option.
Do Not Recommend
I bought a dress from here for my junior prom. In short, the colors and fabrics were quite different than the picture; there was a corset back, and it's strings were made of thin tulle as apposed to appropriate ribbon for a corset, so they made ripping sounds when I tightened them even though I did not pull hard; and when we tried to return it, they did not ever even respond. We spend $220 on my dress, and it was still very disappointing. If it had been very cheap, and they let us return it, I wouldn't have cared so much about these things, but we wasted $220 on this. We ended up selling it for much less.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a dress, paid expedited shipping. Received the dress and it did not fit, size was not as advertised. I have send multiple emails - no response. Tried calling internationally - not a working number. I am out $150 for something that I needed to then rebuy somewhere else. I do NOT have that kind of expendable funds. Can someone please help me!! I am trying to get a contact number I ordered some heels for my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration our item hasn’t Arrived!!! Her celebration is getting closer and closer and they do not reply to me we already had to proceed with her picture session with out heels!!! These people are unbelievable like how are they even allowed to advertise anything and get away with scamming people!!
