In at least 3 online interactions with Wattcycle employees, 2 were outstanding from this customer’s view. The last interaction, not so much. Expectations, conclusions of who does what when, we’re not so customer friendly, in my opinion. However, Wattcycle is a very responsible company that does need its customer base. Wattcycle will respond to any less than satisfying experience. Employees who excel will always understand implicitly the customer needs/expectations. They will always make certain their responsibility to not shoulder the customer with ‘work’ I.e. fixing the situation; on the customer. This needs to be articulated to all employees to ensure the ongoing success of the corporation/company. To do less than that is alienation of the customer base. I expect good service, meaning what I purchased, includes excellent employees/responses.

I first came across Wattcycle LiFePO4 batteries on Will Prowse Youtube channel and purchased a 12v200AH unit thru ebay. It sat around for a long time while I was getting my act together but I did check on it occasionally and made sure the voltage did not drop below 13v. Finally I connected it to the solar panels/controller and it worked flawlessly for a few weeks. Then it gave up the ghost abruptly with voltage showing 0. I did not think it was the cells so the culprit was likely to be the Battery Management System (BMS). I contacted Wattcycle for help and got a response from 'Jennifer' of their service department who was very helpful guiding me thru the process of reviving the battery. The advice was essentially 'Stop panicking - it will correct itself upon recharging'. I reconnected the battery to controller and was relieved to get a reading of 12v straight away and this rose to 13v23 within hours. So problem solved without any drama. I am a happy customer sharing my experience with any potential buyer. Wattcycle provides excellent after-service. Looking back I should have purchased a 24v100AH battery to connect to inverter but I can live with the current unit.

I would like to thank Michel for taking the time to help me resolve an issue. I purchased a WattCycle LiFePO4 battery (48V, 100Ah, 5kWh). Upon unboxing it, I discovered a defect with the display; Michel kindly provided troubleshooting instructions and promised a discount if I decided to keep the battery in the event that the repair was unsuccessful. In the end, I received a good discount and decided to keep the battery. I can confidently recommend WattCycle as a responsible company! Special thanks to Michel for the help!

I bought 3 new 12V 314Ah Mini BT batteries for my sailboat around a year ago. After some initial challenges getting all 3 to communicate and charge and discharge together at the same rate (Zoya resolved that issue, great work!) my Wattcycle batteries have been fantastic. So much so that I decided to add another 12V 314Ah Mini BT. Talia did a great job helping to ensure that I ordered and received a proper match to my 3 older batteries (great customer service!). Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchases from Wattcycle.

Dealing with technical support takes some time but always yields a good result. Though my most recent interaction was faster, thanks to Justine. I’m waiting for a replacement battery, naturally, I’d prefer it if they didn't fail in the first place (the cells are fine, the issue turned out to be the BMS), but a prompt, hassle-free replacement demonstrates a high level of quality.

I recently purchased a WattCycle battery and wanted to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Talia. I initially contacted WattCycle with a question about promotional pricing. Talia responded promptly, confirmed that price protection would apply if the price dropped, and offered to personally follow up on my order. What particularly impressed me was that she then did exactly that. She arranged for the shipment to be prioritized, provided tracking information, and proactively followed up after delivery to make sure the battery had arrived safely. None of this was prompted by a complaint or a problem with the order. It was simply thoughtful, attentive customer service, well beyond what I've come to expect from an online purchase.
