Webshare Proxy

Hi there, Frederick, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration this interruption caused. Requests to government and other sensitive domains can automatically trigger a compliance verification. This is a standard safeguard applied across all accounts and is not a reflection on your specific use case. We also recognize that the follow-up took longer than it should have. We've reviewed your case and contacted you directly to address the issue. Best regards, The Webshare Team

Hi Mohammad, We’re sorry that the performance of your unlimited plan and the custom-plan discussion left you with this impression. Webshare’s unlimited plans do not have a fixed bandwidth cutoff, but they are subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which may reduce speeds after the guaranteed usage threshold is exceeded. We understand that the level of slowdown you described made the service difficult to use, and we’ve contacted you directly so this can be reviewed further. We also recognize that your request for additional guaranteed bandwidth was not understood clearly enough at the beginning. This led to proposals that did not fully match your requirements and caused several days of unnecessary back-and-forth. Although we were unable to provide the requested guaranteed bandwidth within the proposed budget, we should have explained the available options, pricing structure, and limitations much earlier. Best regards, The Webshare Team

Hi Anna, We are sorry to hear about your experience with Webshare. To help you with the issues you have encountered, we have contacted you directly. Please reply, and we will assist you further. – The Webshare Team
