Webshare Proxy

Hi there, We're sorry we couldn't provide the free Egyptian proxies you requested. Egyptian proxies are available through our paid plans, but we do not currently offer free trials for paid services. This helps us maintain the quality and reliability of our proxy network for all customers. We have contacted you directly and explained how you can test three Egyptian proxies for $1.00. If the proxies do not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 48 hours, provided that less than 1GB of bandwidth has been used. Please reply to our message if you would like any help getting started. – The Webshare Team

Hi there, We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion caused by your bandwidth being used faster than expected. We reviewed the activity on your account and confirmed that the recorded usage is accurate. During the period in question, both the number of simultaneous tasks and the amount of data used per request increased significantly. Please note that bandwidth usage includes both data sent and received. A large portion of the requests were made to private IP addresses or destinations without a visible hostname, which prevents us from identifying exactly what caused the increased usage. Your case remains open, and our team is working to retrieve the data you originally expected to receive. We will update you as soon as we have any news. Best regards, The Webshare Team

Hi there, We completely understand how frustrating and concerning this verification process has been. To clarify, Webshare uses automated systems to identify account activity involving certain high-risk website categories. Being flagged does not necessarily mean that a user has done anything wrong. In some cases, our Compliance Team requires identity verification before an account can remain active. We also want to reassure you that Webshare does not store or sell biometric data. Identity verification is securely processed by Stripe Identity, and Webshare does not retain copies of submitted identification documents. We have reached out to you directly via email to explain what happened and offer a fair resolution. Please reply to our message so we can continue assisting you. Best regards, The Webshare Team

Hi there, Nate, We’re sorry that the verification process disrupted your project and that you had to wait longer than expected for an update. Activity involving sensitive websites, including government domains, can automatically trigger a compliance review, regardless of whether the information being accessed is publicly available. The account is temporarily paused while the use case is reviewed, however, after verification, your plan is extended to cover the lost time. We understand how disruptive this was and have contacted you directly regarding your case. Best regards, The Webshare Team

Hi Juan, We apologize for the frustrating experience you have had with your account. To help you unlink the card from your account and stop the renewal charges, could you please reach out to our support via email [email protected]? Hi Arnold, We apologize for the frustrating experience you had when verifying your account. After checking your account, we can see your verification was initiated due to accessing sensitive targets. Our servers only forward your traffic, they do not make any requests to targets like this themselves. We have already escalated your case to our Compliance team for further review and to see what we can offer so you can continue using our services or receive compensation. Best regards, The Webshare Team
