I wrote to customer service asking why the shipping charge was so high and why there were two charges and I never got a response. The booklet gears towards gift cards or money but there are no slots in each page for a card or money so if someone were to lift the book up all the cards would slide out. It was expensive at $25 but I’m not paying to send it back.

I had high hopes for this product, but I tried it today and was quite disappointed. The installation is very difficult, could easily tear the sheet (in this case it did not). I followed the video faithfully, but found it too clumbsy. Sorry that I won't use it. Hoping for an improved method of securing the bottom fitted sheet so that it is not so wrinkled in use.
I received it today in a plain brown carton in a plastic mailer. No company or item identification anywhere. No packing slip. I opened it up. No instructions. No contact information. No way to get assistance. I don't even know for sure if what I got is what I ordered. Very shoddy, stupid, and disrespectful presentation.

I have yet to receive the product I ordered. I did follow up with the company and only got an auto generated response that my order was being processed as ordered.
Brought the VP 33320 hose, received a completely different ball valve style hose that was not advertised, have requested a refund, still no reply.
It took over three weeks to get the hats and there was no way to track it (even with the tracking information that was given) The hats are also small for my head and the adjustment strap, on the back of the hat, slips its position.
