I would have done a 4 because it took a little longer than I expected. However, given the great value and fun it must be a 5. With issues beyond their control it would seem unfair. I ordered something from them on August 16. It wasn’t even picked up from their overseas warehouse until September 23. I imagine by the time it clears customs and gets here it is going to be late October, early November. I routinely buy from overseas sellers and have never had an item take this long.
They say they delivered my order Sept 23 but I did not receive it. Now they say that They cannot find my order. I want a full refund or the order .The post office says they did not deliver it. The tracking number is not theirs. This company is a scam!
Well it is not a scam, which is the number one reason I would buy from them again. Product arrived quickly, and was exactly what I expected.
Order was shipped in a timely manner. The item itself was "ok" - not bad, not exceptional. I gave them to my sons and their respective families to post and "do" once the Christmas season is here.
