It’s been 3.5 months of my claim saying “under review”. After marketing themselves as instant pay out, it’s pretty unacceptable for it to take this long and just complete silence from them. No idea when and if I will hear from them. Pretty scammy. They’re readily available when you’re signing up yet disappear when you want to make a claim

I like how Faye’s benefits are explained in plain English. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of weasel room that is typical of insurance companies. Luckily, I have yet to require any of your services, which is a good thing. I consider Faye to be my rabbit’s foot for on-time flights and mishap-free travel.
