Indian agoda or Booking.com are Scam .. stay away from them They will book you at wrong location.. will show you different hotel and different room .. than when you water time and ask for refund than they are pathetic in that. Worst experience ever. Use AirBNB.. or Trip.com ..or just book 5 star hotel .. simple solution

Address was wrong on there maps and they en stated 350 meters from the destination, in this case a trade fair. In actual fact the hotel was 20km away. So they said we will cancel for free so you can rebook. But obviously last minute pricing was more than double after hours of wasting my time talking to them they offered an additional credit of $40 What a joke. Terrible experience As expected the reply from Agoda was lip service. contacted them and they do nothing. Terrible service when they are completely in the wrong, now up to the customer to pay a lot more because they did not verify the location on their listing!

Very poor online reservation experience, with hidden charges and prices that often change by the time you arrive at the hotel (regular price was 190, and I have paid 245 euros) they told me in the hotel that Agoda gave them the authorisation to debit my card for 245 euros). They also keep your credit card details on their file, which raises serious security concerns and leaves you worried about potential scams. Not a service I would recommend.
