I've placed around 8-10 orders through Alibaba this year, and with each order I've become more comfortable using the platform. One of the biggest reasons I continue to order through Alibaba is the buyer protection. When you're purchasing from suppliers in other countries, having that extra layer of security provides real peace of mind. This was my first ever order on Alibaba and and I have to say I am very impressed. The whole experience was a pleasure, no comparison to any other platform I know. Great website, great choice, fantastic contact with all vendors (13 different vendors for different products). Everybody was available for chat (in person, not a bot!), responsive, pro-active and my orders arrived flawlessly and fast. Post-order support was also pro-active and great. As this was across so many vendors it cannot have been a fluke and I will definitely use them again.

You can find a lot of good OEM providers for a lot of different Items, normally the most annoying part is the negotiating and comparing prices from different Providers. But if you choose a certified one, and buy through the platform, you should have buyiers insurance or security, never needed it though.

Products arrive on schedule and in good packaging. The Ningo Hongque Trading company sent broken mahjong racks and was not cooperative and I will not be ordering from them again. The Taixing Shengjai Stationary Company was wonderful to work with and I will be ordering from them again.
