What would make my experience better is some kind of instruction in English, some of the leads are tagged which means nothing to me, nothing to tell me how to get into factory settings or any of the others, it would be nice to hear from the manufactures

Don't follow instructions.

i feel that many of these supplier do not follow instructions or they don't understand english communications. Nearly every order i some issue, usually a small issue, like a crushed product box, or they sealed the product in plastic, how am i suppose to print my logo if they seal it. ect ... another case - my brand should be lasered or printed , no stickers, the supplier used stickers, which is against our policy.

I ordered enamel pins which got here 10 days early, which was really nice. The pins looked like the listed images and were good condition, however the pin stems were all slightly squint. I also kept getting emails from the website telling me that the seller had contacted me, but they hadn't so that's why I can't give five stars.
