I’m sorry to do this as normally rave about the food. My chicken shish was burnt and dry and being very thin pieces that made it even worse and unfortunately had to go in the bin. The donor kebab was greasy and the chips were barely cooked. Not your usual standard guys.

Great with proveedor, not with Alibaba shipping

Great with the proveedor, but hard to comunícate with Alibaba recommended shipping service and at the end cost a little more even with $10 discount. If they fix that will be a easy 5

Reasonably clear and straight forward just felt I could have been informed better about expected arrival time of the product. The system of extending the delivery confirmation was also a little confusing. Alababa is also giving me a little too many spam e-mails.

Garden Rooms need improving

Stayed for a week 18-25 June - on arrival lobby/reception was spotlessly clean as was the walk to our room through the grounds - everything looked immaculate. We arrived at our room to find it was like visiting your great, great granny - very dated dark furniture but clean enough. Had a problem with the electrics one night with sockets smoking so were moved early hours of the morning. Again another very dated room. Food during Eid was not to our liking but once Eid finished it was very enjoyable! The animation staff were excellent at getting people to join in - particularly Mia and Lily - they were lovely girls so friendly yet professional. The 2 lads were good too and really got into it! Visited the shops across the road at Sun City and wished we hadn’t - the men will not leave you alone and don’t like the word No!! Put us off going out again which was a great shame as we had money to spend there. Bar staff and restaurant staff were all lovely and keen to serve you. Only downside is pool staff asking for money - you don’t come away to be hastled. Would we return? Probably not to a garden room would need to see what the other rooms look like before committing. Late room checkout not bookable which was a great shame as we weren’t picked up until 1830 this would be another contributary factor to whether we’d return or not

Spelling mistake on all the boxes

Spelling mistake on all the boxes, the box quality was lost as supplier had to print and paste a sticker to cover up the spelling mistake. Quality was good, printing was good, but silly mistake made the whole shipment suffer. Asked for a good discount since the mistake was from the supplier side, but got a very very insignificant amount and they covered up the spelling mistake with another printed sticker.

Transparency and guidance

Hotel is nice

Hotel is nice, food isn’t great it’s repetitive everyday. Animation team are great especially the 2 girls Mia and Lilly they are friendly, polite always getting people involved to participate in the activities and also made me feel comfortable and safe when i went out with the animation team.

Good market place

Good market place. You can find almost anything on this site at reasonable prices.

Great service great product

Their customer support offered a replacement model; the initial Optimus 2's RAM/Rom specifications were kinda dated 3 years.Product offered was more current and therefore more acceptable than what initially desired... The items' cameras werent as specialized as the optimus, but all in all the company customer service was good.

Some difficulties but finally received

There was a changement concerning the one who has taken care of me and it has been difficult at the beginning but they have finally understood me and had a look on the agreement I had had before. I have received all my products before the date to make up for the delay caused by Chinese New Year; not perfect packaging, we received some loose parts that had to be repaired by ourselves Good quality but the service could be improved
