Great platform with paymnets problem!

I like the access to Chinese manufacturers and sellers. Paymnets become a problem over Alibaba.com platform.

Delivery times were good. The smartphone looks good but has very poor software; reception is very poor on both wifi and LTE. the camera is good but it is not possible to use it because navigation is slow due to poor reception. I don't recommend this smartphone. I will put them in the drawer and will no longer buy from this seller

My order was complete and with quality. Could be better the time of delivery and to know how much will cost import taxes for my orders previosly.

Had trouble sending pictures to my manufacturer. Couldn't send emoji's either. I am not computer savvy. My app on my phone does not line up with my desk top version so I can't get back to my manufacturer until I go home and write on my desk top computer.

The items received were very nice in quality but there were 17 anklets missing in the order. The order was received on time.

Overall the excavator is usable and of average quality. One of the pivot pins on the boom-excavator link fell out during transport (or earlier), which was only discovered after the weird/whonky behaviour of the whole boom assembly during the first test operation. The key issue was the lack of a manual that would specify operation, and more importantly a parts list, which would allow for local repairs in time to come w/o having to guess parameters, such as flow rates, pressures, rpms, etc.. Very few component manuals were eventually provided; after logging a complaint with Alibaba. Computer-based translation may not always be accurate. This led to communication problems, leading to misunderstandings in what was asked for. It need to highlight that the sales person did their best to accommodate my queries, however, it seems that the manufacturing department was lacking urgency and or care. My advice: add the requirement of an "industry best-practice manual" to the contract.

The website itself is trash

The website itself is trash. I get a request to identify myeslf on every page even when I am already logged in. Too many sellers claim to have something in stock but after you make the purchase they mysteriously ran out of stock and you have to apply for a refund. It's hit and miss on the quality but mostly miss.

Very well machined custom Crank shaft , made to spec, very happy of the out come, am looking forward to deal with you again, / no fault of the manufacturer but all the the Shipping was poor,after sitting at customs for over 7 days after paying Import duty , then there was no communication with the shipper very poor, No Phone service only would not communicate via Email taking up 2 days to respond, in the end chased down tracking via the shippers shipping office in Dandenong Vic, they reconfirmed the shipment was sitting in Sydney with no expiation, total time was over 3 weeks. shipping

Good for sourcing, subpar payment experience

Alibaba is a great source for suppliers. However its processes can be somewhat dubious lately. When we paid for an order, we changed the currency from SGD to USD. We changed the credit card and it defaulted back to SGD. We ended up having to pay Alibaba a convenience fee, poor exchange rates and waste our forex. They refused to reverse the transaction over such small sums, which leaves doubts in our minds if they will protect our rights when there are disputes with suppliers.

The Alibaba transportation process is…

The Alibaba transportation process is not customer centric as I was not notified that item was transfered to UPS label and process directed box to a store (UPS) and held for customer pick up. No one notified me of pick up or that the item was shipped to UPS store and being held.

Alibaba never honors their trade…

Alibaba never honors their trade assurance. They always dide with Chinese suppliers no matter how much evidence you sent. I have had several occasions and they all proven the same. DO NOT BUY from Alibaba.com or don’t expect support if your item is broken, missing parts or does not work.
