Avoid this company
Scooter broke down whilst under guarantee. They sent a new part which made no difference. I've asked for a refund or replacement but am being ignored. Don't know what to do now.

Awful wish I read the reviews first!!! I purchased a scooter back in June for my son, it broke within 2 weeks and I’ve been trying to contact them since. The most response I’ve had is to send proof over that it’s broke and then back to no response again just getting completely ignored. I’ve taken it to consumer services who are going to escalate it if nothing happens.

Avoid at All Costs! Terrible Company! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a scooter for my son less than a year ago, and it snapped in half during normal use. They advertise a 2-year warranty, but it feels completely pointless when you can't get any support. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but I've received no response whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that lacks customer service and stands behind their products. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Avoid this company, My scooter went faulty after 2nd use. They tried to say it wasn't under warranty, I took videos and sent photos, They agreed to send me parts to fix it. That was 3 months ago and now they dont answer emails. Shame on you Vergil.
Broken Throttle switch
The throttle switch broke after 3 months usage. There's no phone number to dial, so correspondence has to be done via email. I had to email twice & wait 10 days before I got a response asking for videos/photos of the issue. By this point I was sick of waiting & had to purchase another throttle switch via their website to save the agony of ping ponging emails back & forth to resolve a simple issue. A 2 year warranty is pointless if you can't get decent customer service. My advice would be to buy from a company you can call to try & resolve any issues. Once an order has been placed for a part, you will then receive an email advising a 5 star review with a photo would entitled you to a 5 % discount. This casts suspicion over any of the 5 star reviews written regarding the company!

Very poor customer service way below average. I bought a scooter from them after using for 2/3 week front handle become very lose. I tried to tighten it but it didn’t work. There is bolt top of front wheel where I can’t reach to tighten it and I don’t know how to open it and put it back. So I emailed customer service they send me return label after posting week after I received. After opening I saw it’s not Been repaired. So I emailed saying it wasn’t repaired and they replied saying I just need an extra bolt and I can fix it myself. I said I can’t open it so they ask me to send it again. And I’m still waiting…….? If you buy cheap Chinese products you will gel worse customer service with it for free.

Disaster experience..ordered a scooter worth £329 for my daughters bday delivery date was agreed 1 day before bday. The scooter arrived late missed the bday present and the service team are now saying the item was not late ..I had to buy another present causing financial loss ..now they won't compensate
