“Aovopro Scooter Warranty: Consumer Beware!”

Introduction Hello, my name is Mohamed , and I want to share my experience with Aovopro regarding a warranty issue I encountered with my scooter’s battery. Issue Details On June 13, 2023, I purchased a scooter from Aovopro, and my original invoice (Invoice Order Number: 88390) clearly states that the warranty covers all parts and repairs for two years with no exceptions for the battery. However, when I faced an issue with the scooter’s battery, I was shocked to find out that the company refused to honor the warranty claim and insisted that the battery warranty is only 180 days. Communication with the Company I have sent a copy of the original invoice to the company multiple times, but they have not responded to my request and have maintained their stance. Here is the text of the email I sent them: To Aovopro, I would like to reiterate that the original invoice number [Invoice Order Number: 88390 / 13/06/2023] states that the warranty covers all parts and repairs for two years without any exceptions mentioned for the battery. I have previously sent you a copy of the invoice, but you still refuse to accept the claim and insist that the battery warranty is only 180 days. I request that you review the invoice and adhere to the warranty terms stated therein. If the issue is not resolved, I will have to take further actions to protect my consumer rights, including contacting the relevant consumer protection authorities. Warning and Advice I want to warn everyone about dealing with companies like Aovopro that do not honor their warranty terms and avoid their responsibilities to consumers. If you are considering purchasing any product from this company, especially scooters, I advise you to reconsider to avoid encountering the same problem with the battery or other components. Additional Note I would also like to point out that all the emails I sent to the company were responded to by a single person named “Vergil.” This raises my suspicion that this might be a form of scam or fraud targeting consumers. Aovopro S3 ES40 EW4 Bought a scooter at Christmas they to contact the after just 6 weeks was email them because it was faulty after weeks and weeks of email them was was told to send it back to them then weeks and weeks again told they could find the scooter that was posted to them then 10 email was told it was found told it was send back to us fixed weeks waiting again the scooter came it wasn't even the scooter we send it was a return from ebay with someone informing in it and it was broke too email them again weeks again told sent it back again weeks again now noting no answering email or messages joke do not buy

Brakes stopped working and would just…

Brakes stopped working and would just stay switched on then intermittently would switch on and off within first six months of purchase. Returned for repair. Only had it a year now and the brakes have stopped working again, won't switch on again. Now, they won't even carry out a repair, diagnosed problem over email and advised me to buy a new battery even though it's still under warranty. I have sent several further emails, requesting that a technician diagnoses the problem but I've not received a response. They do ghost you which is very unprofessional. Would never purchase Aovopro again. I do not recommend this brand.

Don't bother

I order my scooter 10th June 2023 got it 2 or 3 days later that's the good bit! I got this scooter because it says it comes with a 2 year warranty, roll on 1 year later my mud gard it is being keep on by cable ties, and now on the 25th of June 2024 I was on my way to work and it died on me, so I emailed the company telling them what's happened and the got back to me a day later saying that my battery as died I need to BUY yes BUY new battery! They sent me a warranty form saying my battery is only covered for 180 days! It doesn't say anything like that when you buy it. And with them being in Hong Kong and me being in England you have to wait till the message you, that when they do. Just don't bother with it.

This aovopro.Com is full of scam, after purchasing their scooter i never received it and I contacted them den they reply in 2 days time saying what I ordered Is out of stock, now no money refunded neither scooter received. They bunch of Asian scamers

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Aovo pro has been giving me the runaround for MONTHS and have just stopped responding to any emails. The battery on my daughter's scooter just failed one day. It would no longer take charge. Light continuing green when plugged in. But 3 seconds of use and it dies. The charger itself is not the problem as it works on a small scooter belonging to our friend's son. It is clearly a defective battery. I emailed and explained the whole situation clearly. I answered all the v specific questions the customer services agent asked. Finally, they offered me a replacement battery to which I agreed. Then nothing arrived. I emailed but they said they had not got the battery innstock and to wait. I waited 7 weeks emailed again. Then a different agent started asking all the questions again and asked for video of the 'alleged' problem. I explained that I had already had a long email exchange with a previous agent and had been offered a replacement battery. I never heard from them again. And no battery. I cannot source the correct battery anywhere else either. If I could give minus stars I would it has been so upsetting that a Santa present is just lying there broken.

Worst customer experience ever with…

Worst customer experience ever with this company. My scooter charger stopped functionning after a few months. I contacted their customer support and they sent a new one, till now all good. Few months after same problem, however they send me a new battery instead. I spare you the details of how it went down hills from there as they started ghosting me and not answering when the problem was the charger again. Cheap brand, poor quality and the worst ghosting customer service. Just never buy from aovo.

Scam artists

Scam artists. Was exchanging my defective scooter for another one. The old one was received by the warehouse and I could tell from the tracking number. Yet Vergil from customer service is telling me that they didn't receive it. If you do happen to buy anything through this website, do it through PayPal so they can't steal your money. So I am out $230 because of these scumbags. I hope this Chinese company gets banned from doing business in the US. They manufacture crap and don't stand behind it.

0 Service 0 Respect 2 broken scooters

I have bought 2 of these scooters one for me and one for my fiance and they have both stopped working like 6 months after getting them. Their customer service team is useless said they cant refund me and only offered to send out battery replacement The battery blew up in my hand both times they sent them and they have no care about it whatsoever They dont deserve the money you pay for the scooters its a scam for what you are getting its not worth a tenner nevermind 250 or whatever youre paying for them now. No way i would ever recommend them if i could give 0 stars i would

Very very very bad customer service…

Very very very bad customer service ever, they are scam company. I bought a scooter and it not working, they didn’t return but after one month they send an email that they will send me a return label then exchange it. I’m waiting for more than one month for this label! They not even answer the email and no other way to contact with them. There is no phone number for customer service ! If some one know how can I contact with them please help me contact with me on my email…. If you try to buy a scooter don’t buy from this scam company

Bike and customer care stopped working

My bike still has 21 months of 24 months warranty My bike stopped functioning. I trached out to aovopro and someone named Figo responded. He said he will send battery which is aid I tried replacing battery but nothing worked. He then stopped responding and I sent about 10 mails. This is a warranty scam, they only support battery warranty and we have to fit, that's it. Remember, this is second bile, first had similar issue and they stopped helping

They are scammers

They are scammers, they claim the scooter has 2year warranty but when you contact them to tell them about issues with the scooter they do not reply to any attempt you have made to contact them. This has happened to me and a few friends. They sell low quality scooters which do not last for more than a year and they won’t reply to your messages about the damages the scooter has

Bought a scooter directly from there site, broke after 3 months. My fault because I crashed it but the customer service was amazing. They sent me all the parts I needed to fix it completely free of charge. Can't recommend this company enough, if your thinking of buying a scooter definitely buy from this company! You won't be disappointed.

This is best it cant be better great battery great tires everything great no problems at all i used in heavy rains as well

dishonest company and terrible product

My scooter arrived defective and after 3 months of use it simply stopped working, I contacted the company and they asked me to send the scooter for repair! This has been going on for over 2 months, the company doesn't know where my scooter ended up, they refuse to send a new one or refund my money, and they say they can't do anything! a lack of respect for the consumer! I have all 45 emails I sent to them without any effective response to resolve the problem

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY, especially for children it is a health hazard!!!! From the first few weeks of him opening the scooter we have had to replace both tyres and both inner tubes, the fork, leaking oil, loud crunching noises and have the screws tightened in the handles every couple of weeks because it is soo lose and unsafe and now this. I am disgusted with this scooter. It is a pile of cheap material that has been priced far too high! I have never ever bought a scooter or bike that after a couple of weeks has fallen apart piece by piece. In Total I have spent almost £200 in repairs for a scooter that cost nearly £400 and I am not happy about it Also, now can’t log into the website to leave a review. How convenient

The scooter that was discounted down…

The scooter that was discounted down from £500/ £600 to £360 which seemed like a good offer until the tyre burst within a month to the tiniest, and I mean tiniest, little stone. Aovo Pro then leave you waiting 2 and a half months before sending a replacement tyre and inner tube only for the same issue to occur within 2 weeks of changing them over. Do not recommend using the company or buying any of their products at all. The scooter has been a complete waste of £360 and more due to the cost of charging the electric battery. I advise anyone to stay away from buying their scooters
