AOVOPRO Electric Scooter ES80 M365 Pro Long Range High Speed Foldable Electric Scooter - my so was riding this when the whole handlebar sheared off at base, we are lucky to still have him as he was thrown off into the road. I tried to contact aovopro had a very short email from Vergil saying send it back and get a reconditioned version!!! They should be arranging collection and sending a new scooter!! I wish I could add the photos of how severe this was. No help no communication despite several attempts

I purchased the Aovopro Electric Scooter ES80 on 1/13/2024. On 4/26/2024 the METAL handle snapped completely in half while my 17yo 135-lb son was riding it going approximately 16-18 mph. It completely flipped him over causing him to ride the concrete on his face breaking his 2 front adult teeth and giving him several lacerations. He spent one day in the hospital and an entire day was spent at an emergency dentist. This $300 scooter has cost me $17,000+ already!!!!!!
I have escalated this with Amazon, left a review on AovoPro's page, contacted several Safety Recall businesses, as well as contacted the State Attorney. There are several other reviews with this same scooter breaking in the same exact spot.
I have requested a full refund from the company as well as sent them dental and medical bills. I will continue to escalate this until resolved.

If I could I will give 0.... We receive faulty scooter and they didn't want to refound the money or exchange the scooter for new one. On the end I need to ask PayPal for help but even then that they want us to send faulty scooter to China which cost about 50€ and of course that more expenses on us... It is a joke
Would rate 0 starts if I could. Customer service is absolutely trash. My scooter is jerking and making my fall off randomly. They won’t honor the 2 year return policy and saying that they will give me some sort of bolts for the rear end that doesn’t even make since.
Cant say much about customer service but i can say i had 3 scooter over 6years and this is my fourth the previous scooter still was working all fine but i was looking for something new and aovo pro electric scooter m365 somehow catched my eye read more more about it and price was acceptable for me as it the scooter looked like my old xiamo scooter but when i had a drive first time omg i fell inlove just wanna take my ride longer because it is like cruising the uneeven roads is just so calm and silent to ride it is absolutely diferent from what i had with other scooter the drive feels like tyres are punped but they are solid i just am so happy with this scooter
Bought 3 scooters from here, they are decent enough scooters for the price when they are working, as soon as they fail though you might as well bin them since they will ignore your emails and the warranty will mean nothing

Horrible company that would not uphold pricing after an ordered item was cancelled by them for no reason. Was told to re-order item at a much much higher pricing with no discounts.
Hi I bought two scooters of this site and all the reviews are really rubbish because they are a disgusting how they have treated me and my son. We have sent these scooters back 3-4 times to get fixed and they haven’t done nothing I am getting my bank involved and the police as well this is a scamming site they send random messages back at 3-4 am and I am not happy as I bought it from this site for my wife and sons birthday I am disappointed in this company as I am disabled and I thought this company would be fine but if u want to waste your money!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste ur time this company is the biggest scam going brought an e scooter off them after about a week having it, it broke we then sent it back for a exchange which they agreed to but then they sent the same scooter back worse than it was before but told us it had been repaired again they agreed we could send it back for an exchange but once we had already sent it off they then told us they wouldn't do anything and made out we had stolen a scooter off them (apparently) they sent us to which they never the sent us 1 and then sent the exact same one back to us after we returned so how they can say we have stolen on is ridiculous. They then said they hadn't received the scooter that we had now sent back for a 2nd time even tho tracking shows it was received and now they have the scooter and our money and are ignoring all messages, requested a refund or exchange but just keep telling us they won't without recieveing the item but we have proof they have the item back in their hands. We are now £250 down and no scooter absolute joke this was brought as a birthday present, we will be taking this much futher fraud along with all email and tracking information. Avoid at all costs
If I could give 0 stars I would,, so I sent the scooter back too this so called company too be repaired as speed wasn't picking up and brakes was sticking and grinding. They sent it back and lied, they informed us it's all been repaired but it actually came back even worse, won't reach speeds off over 5mph and back wheel keeps locking. So they agreed I could send it back for a replacement or a refund I did exactly that and now they are trying too lie again by saying they haven't received the item back, when it's clearly stated on the parcel force website it was delivered too there warehouse on the 27th off march 2024, they are now ignoring all emails and stolen our £250 that we paid. Won't refund or replace the scooter. Do not trust or touch these, they are scam artist out too either steal your money or put you in serious danger. Should off gone elsewhere.
Told aovopro direct on ebay I needed a new charger and they told me to use a multi meter on the charger, I did and it sparked every time, so I told him and I asked if he needed my address to send the charger even though my address was in the chat and he all caps me and that means yelling everyone know that and I told him my address and asked him are you yelling at me but you can tell different people were contacting me on ebay, but before that they gave me a new battery I rode the scooter 2 times because the battery is dying and it won't charge so I looked a second time at the cables inside and noticed the battery was bulging in the rear of the battery, so in a nut shell they don't like honoring the warranty and also aovopro has nothing to do with aovopro direct on ebay....WHAT???, so just stay away from them, it's a junk company with junk scooters that don't like honoring warrenty...
Shocking service. The scooter is faulty, throwing up error codes. Proof sent to the company and they agreed to accept it as a return and repair the scooter. Great, right? Wrong. They provided me with a prepay label and advised me to attend my nearest parcelforce to return it. After spending £40 in taxis to get to the place as it was completely out of the way in an industrial estate, they have advised they cant accept the return because of what it is. I am extremely frustrated and exhausted dealing with this company. I want a refund for the faulty item!
this is simply a fantastic electric scooter, thanks to the rear and front suspension the ride is very smooth and with my body weight of 100 kg it handles very well even on hills, I highly recommend it to everyone it was the best purchase of my life!
The scooter security handlebar lock shattered while my 15 yr old son was riding in a busy street just 3 weeks after he received it. He could have been killed. When I contacted the company, I was surprised to find they were based in China. There was no indication of this on their website The company agreed to send out a new piece but there would be a delay of one month as the factory was closed for the holidays. When I said that it was unacceptable, they suggested I return the scooter ( to China) and they would repair it. I was very reluctant to do this as they had just informed me that the factory was closed . When I called last week for an update, I was told that I may have to wait a long time for the piece as they were not sure to have it in stock. The scooter functioned for less than 1 month. the company have made no appology for this very frightening experience.
Handle bars came loose at first there was very helpful sent out new handle bars but problem remained they seem to not understand English very well so around 20 emails later I’m still in the same boat I’ve asked for repair or replacement and they keep replying saying they will send more screws which is not the issue I’ll give it a week then will claim back through card
Avoid this company at all costs, I have two scooters now totally useless as both of the handle bar shaft has snapped, customer service is shocking and they haven’t even verified their account on trustpilot which says it all!!
All the 5 star reviews are either made up or have been made by people offered money off their scooter!!
