Absolutely brilliant company. I was very unsure in ordering such a big present online but they reassured me every step of the way. I messed up my address, and they were very quick to ask me to correct it, I had an email the same day saying they were shipping my item that day! I can't thank them enough!

The new Aovopro 2023 scooter is very useful for me to commute to and from college. It saves me a lot of time compared to waiting for a bus. Its long range is one of the best features, I charge it once or twice a week at most. I’d definitely recommend it for future buyers, it’s definitely worth the price.

Best advice I can give is don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam. They take your money and send you a tracking link but don’t actually send the courier the item. Getting any help from their “customer service” is ridiculous. They block the chat function and you can only send emails which you wait 24 hours to receive an automated one line response which is anything but helpful.

Not been delivered ordered 3rd December got a shipping number of DHL saying be delivered on the 11th still nothing being messes about by aovo having to fill in non receipt of goods form for them to keep saying they haven’t received I’ve sent it via email plenty of times! This was Christmas present for my son I saved months to but it him for nothing to come 250 pound down no scooter and very very upset son on Christmas Day
