Platform very user friendly and the 2 year warranty won me over. The delivery was very quick. Scooter is very easy to put together and it comes charged. Doesn't make a sound when you ride it which is great. The tires take a bit of getting used to on rough roads, it gets quite bumpy. I am a bit worried that it won't hold charge because it already lost a bar and I didn't even ride 1 km with it (granted I didn't charge it yet) All in all a great purchase

Ordered 2 electric scooters last Wednesday one has turned up today when we should of had 2 I have emailed waiting for a reply as need the second as it's a Christmas present and it's also been paid for contacted the delivery company and you have only sent 1 to them please sort this out asap

UPDATE = They eventually arranged for it to be repaired in the UK, sent it off and got it back roughly 2 weeks later. Had the scooter nearly 2 years now and it came with a 2 year warranty, it was a great scooter while it lasted and my son was very pleased. About 5 months ago it stopped working and AOVO's response was to send parts and expect you to fix it yourself which is fine when its something like a mud guard or handle bar but when none of this solved the initial problem which is blantanly electrical they expected me to determine the fault myself and then take the electrical components apart including the motherboard and the wiring which is glued and soldered in place and replace those parts like I'm some sort of electronics expert, whenever I suggested they fix it or replace it as its under warranty they would play dumb or ignore me, or suggest other random parts they expect me to install. I personally think they were just delaying me until the warranty comes to an end which is soon, When I replace it it will be with a different brand, avoid AOVO at all cost as if any problems arise they'll do FA to solve the problem other than wind you up more with there nonsense if you even get a response.

Absolutely shocking electric scooters and even poorer customer service. Highly recommend to avoid theses scammers. They said they was sending my new wheel out 5 months ago and I've still not received it and they don't reply back to any emails. Aovo crap company and big time scammers
Be aware of what you buy
PROS: Delivery and payment ok and on time. This is my first scooter and it is as good as I could expect it to be. CONS: Black colour is a dark grey in reality. The folding mechanism needed some readjustment to work. The scooter had some mud inside and little signs of wear and tear. Either it was repackaged or not treated very well during the manufacturing. Invoice without country taxes. Manufacturer has not provided a technical data sheet which is requested to bring always with the rider by Spanish law .

I received a scooter recently and a part snapped off. You guys provide no contact number and your live chat is terrible. The person replying to me via email speaks minimal English. Overall a terrible service
GOOD scooter but FAKE warranty, they dont answer
English: The scooter is good and functional as long as it's new, but now that months have passed since the purchase, the battery does not hold a charge and I therefore asked for its replacement since on their website aovopro.com they state that the battery is covered by warranty. Unfortunately this is not the case, in fact they do not respond. So unfortunately now I can't use the scooter anymore because the battery is dead and they don't provide me with assistance, despite several emails sent. In summary, as long as the scooter is new, everything is fine but don't expect to receive assistance or spare parts in the following months, it's false advertising. they do not respond to requests for assistance under warranty (as they write on their website). Italiano: Il monopattino è buono e funzionale finchè è nuovo, ma ora che sono passati mesi dall'acquisto la batteria non regge la carica e ho quindi chiesto la sostituzione di essa dato che sul loro sito aovopro.com affermano che la batteria è coperta da garanzia. Purtroppo non è cosi, infatti non rispondono. Quindi purtroppo ora non posso piu utilizzare il monopattino perchè la batteria è esaurita e loro non mi forniscono assistenza, nonostante diverse email inviate. In sintesi finchè il monopattino è nuovo tutto bene ma non pensate di ricevere assistenza o pezzi di ricambio nei mesi successivi, è una falsa pubblicità. loro non rispondo a richieste di assistenza in garanzia (come invece scrivono on their website).

No shocks...where I live streets are bad with pot holes and uneven side walks have to go to a park where it's paved all even and smooth...but nice scooter over all

Really good concept and nice products but the battery is not at all good at doesn’t last as long as told. The battery is really bad and you can probably do only 10km and get run down very quickly. The fact that there is no break on the front wheel is very dangerous.

Faster than my old one at 35km/h through the app! Build quality is good for the price. Suspension protects the frame during bumps not to mention adds comfort. Recommend. Edit: 3 months later the back tyre went out, likely because it is tubeless air filled, PSI dropped over time. I didn't pump it, so if you are buying it's still an even better price now at 369, but check pressure of tires to be as close to 55 (max) as possible. Check every other week-month. customer service covered cost of spare parts which is a plus, but the motor/wheel assembly was out of stock and I have to wait.
Great beginner scooter
I love this scooter. It is compact, fully functional and sleek looking. Perfect for going from A to B. It's fast, quite fast for a beginner scooter , for the price of 200usd that I got it for it is a steal. However, there are some issues. The rear wheel part of the scooter has been palguing my experience since the first few days. Screws became loose, the light glue came off, the metal guard came off too. I contacted support and they were helpful , they sent me free parts but when I got them , they came with zero instructions. Some of the parts looked different from the parts already installed on my scooter which makes me think my scooter was modified ahead of time or was a revised version of the scooter? I did order a reconditioned scooter after all. Anyway, as of now, I am stuck with he scratched display screen and a light that rattles and doesn't work. Yet I am not that sad, because the scooter does what I need it to do, get me from place to place. So I am content for now but would appreciate if their support got back to me. P.s the company encourages 5 star reviews by giving vouchers or discounts so don't trust all reviews. And yes I look forward to upgrading my scooter but I am content with this for now.
