This is a great little scooter for get to & from work it’s nice to have suspension front & back model AP07 the only thing would be a more powerful battery as I’m on the max load of 100kg & flying about at 19-20 mph don’t help but overall a good scooter for the price & am happy with it 5*👌

I have ordered a 990 euro scooter on Dec 3rd and today is 16 th still I haven't received the product it shows like in delivery,the last update on the product is shown in 12 th, it states that they will deliver the product withim 6 days of order in EU but I haven't received any. I have sent lot of mails to their support mail .but there is no reply to my one single mail.
Awful customer service. The returns address not working unless they provide a returns label, which they refuse to do. 5 days later and I am still trying to get the item sent back with no way of doing so without their help, which they refuse to give.
Everything's perfect! From it being water proof to the top speed to the rubber wheels that I don't have to worry about inflating to it being easily foldable. The only thing I have noticed that I don't like is the wear and tear. I have to keep aligning the handle bars and the lock when folding is starting to move out of place making it harder to lock but despite that it's money well spent since everything exceeded my expectations! :)

Great electric scooter for an affordable price. It runs very smoothly without a lot of noise of the electric motor. Its suspension on the front and rear in combination with the inflatable tyres makes the step very comfortable driving bumpy roads or cross tram tracks, ... My first ride with 100% battery was 19 km and the battery is still on 59% which is amazing. Very easy to use app to lock and unlock your scooter.
