I loved everything about this…
I loved everything about this product,the delivery was fast everything was as promised. I gave 4 stars only because the helmet I ordered did not come, and I am having to wait until the end of lunar new year to be able to talk to someone about the issue.
It's not waterproof, unreliable
It's not waterproof, parts become loose after 2 weeks, I have 2 chargers both damaged as the cable breaks every time from the unit. I have had it since November, and I had to change the handlebar and electrical unit, because it was switching itself on and off all night. I wouldn't buy this. I am still waiting for someone to contact me for a new charger after 2 weeks.

Aovopro M365. Pros: Delivery time (from geekbuying), price, top speed, build quality are good. Cons: Climbing range is nowhere near to the advertised 20°or 30°, which are already joke of course, 30° is almost 60% :D With my 90kg I guess 6-8° is the maximum. The solid tyres are extremly uncomfortable, I'd change them for an inflatable one. I measured 14 km range with full throttle for at least 70-80% of the trip, I don't know how it performs regarding the range in ECO mode. The built in lights are so-so, the front light isn't suitable to drive in full darkness near the scooter's top speed, for ca. 15 km/h is more or less okay. The rear light is quite weak. The software, especially the locking option is a joke. You unlock your scooter with your paired phone, leave there... and everyone in the world is able to connect to it and unlock it. The locking function does worth exactly nothing. I think this scooter is okay for the price you have to pay for it, you have options to get better scooters for more or much more money, the choice is yours.
Folding mechanism not working
After posting a bad review due to a lack of reply or acknowledgement about an issue I had, I was contacted by customer service and they were able to talk me through resolving a problem I had with the folding mechanism (simple solution in the end). I don't know if it was the bad review that took a response or if they were just slow to come back to me but they did resolve it so I am giving a better rating based on that.
Faulty Electronic Brakes!!!
Although the physical build quality of my AOVO Pro M365 is good I can't say that for the electrical side of things!! Had my M365 only since Aug 22 & just 1 month later an electrical fault began with the electric brake activating all on its own & cuts power!! And it does it whenever it wants by surprise!!, bit dangerous when it's wet & the front brake comes on suddenly!! So I've got to buy another controller (which I shouldn't have too so soon), £53.00!!! None existent customer service either as I'm STILL awaiting a reply to AOVO by email. 😡

Received on 10/25/22, fast delivery, quite happy with the scooter except that I only received a box with the scooter in it, did not receive the charger or the tool kit and the user manual. the two screws were missing to fix the handlebars, I had to find some myself and also the LCD screen cover is coming off (less serious but still supposed to be new)... I sent two emails but no response. I'm waiting to see if the after-sales service answers me before I ignite myself.. I will edit my comment as appropriate! Edit : Two days later aovo answered me telling me that they deliver the set separately, I received them a few days later. For the moment nothing to complain about the scooter, fast delivery and best quality price on the market! I hope the scooter will last in time! Thank you Aovo

Interesting vehicle he needed some help though right away I noticed flaws pertaining to the steering mechanism where it folds,.. had to custom fit a silicone gasket to take away the sloppiness in the steering in fairness the mechanism broke going over small whoop loops, and I subsequently landed on my ass going only five miles an hour thank God because steering mechanism is faulty and you have to close the gap and I use silicone and it worked nicely and now the experience is a little bit tighter.... It is also a very bumpy ride it is not comfortable at all just so you know

I’m writing here as AovoPro have helped through a rough and confusing time which I never understood and was very patient this was as I had a fault scooter which I contacted them about and they replied back and offered to send a new one.Thank you Aovo!
Fast delivery and good customer…
Fast delivery and good customer service. The scooter itself for a 100 kg guy is like a toy. First the battery stopped charging in a few days, got a new charger and it has worked since. Folding mechanism broke in 2 weeks while riding 30kph. Got the instructions to tighten it and it worked for a few weeks and after that it couldnt been tightened anymore. Now the steering pipe is getting loose every 2 days also the brake needs tightening almost every day. After all it is ok for the price but far away from quality. Riding at 30 kph the range for me is around 10-12 km. Would not buy again, maybe for a very Light person Who uses it only occasionally and goes at low speed.
Bad service
Bad service I ordered my scoter 3weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived and now they blaming DHL They promise you can get your scoter in a week but I’m still waiting.
Where is my plug?
I ordered my scooter from a European website although the scooter itself came from China. It’s still arrived within a few days although I have not received the three pin plug which was supposed to come separately. Having said that it’s a great scooter and a great price.
Very good scooter for the price
Got my aovopro M365 today and I’m very happy with it, at first when I drove it a little bit the battery didn’t last too long but then after my first charge up for the battery it lasted as it was described and lasted longer. Very good scooter overall, like the features of it with the app and its very simple to use, stable steering and so on! 5/5
This is a great scooter for the price
This is a great scooter for the price. The material used and craftsmanship is very good. Performance-wise, the 350W motor is definitely an advantage for climbing hills. I found the mobile app to be quite good with one exception. The total miles appears to have overflowed. I’m seeing an extremely large number as the total mileage. Wondering if this could be reset. One major issue is that the speedometer and odometer is off. I’ve used other apps to check against the readings coming from the scooter app (e.g. Waze). A 2.4 mile trip that I frequently take is reported as a 3.1 mile trip. When riding at the top speed of 19mph reported by the scooter, I see 16.4mph reported by the other apps. So Aovo should fix this.
Good scooters
Good scooters, but they claim on the website it can do 20mph but you can't go faster than 15mph. The customer support team say you can change the speed in the app - but it defaults it to 20mph... You need 20mph speed to go up hills! Good scooters, well made & value for money, I think all scooters sold in the UK are limited to 15mph - so if you're happy with that, go for it, just don't expect to go very fast up a hill!

I got to say it isn’t bad,the only thing thats bad is the delivery it took over 5 days.Mudguard broke but other than that but if you want. Pls don’t ride into potholes otherwise battery is going to disconnect from the circuit board.
