Your website is confusing to the point I ended up ordering wrong item. Item was shipped in it's original packaging and was torn open when it arrived. Fortunately no damage and nothing missing. I have issued a request for return and refund but have not heard anything yet.

Fast shipping. Weirdly the parcel arrived with a different tracking number than the one shown on the website. Would have been nice receiving to last mile carrier's number to see to which neighbor it was finally delivered

Refund and return is not possible because they don’t answer
I ordered an item and it was good and came on time but I want to send it back for a refund because it is not needed anymore. I asked to send it back and for a refund over a week ago and I still haven’t gotten an answer.

Hi, your pricing is very misleading. If you click on an item with a shown price it can be very different to the actual price at the checkout.
I think this is done on purpose to get you sucked in.

I Love the NEW PRODUCTS that Banggood brings to the Market often BEFORE anyone else does.Their Ordering Process is Quick and Easy PROVIDED you CHECK the Option you ordered, and Shipping is FAST.
I can't award Top Marks though because Reporting Errors and Faulty Items is RIDICULOUSLY Complicated and can be EXPENSIVE, and they still have to Learn how to Pack Consignments so that NOTHING gets DAMAGED in TRANSIT.

I have bought a SUP pump, which is supposed to inflate a SUP normally, to 12 PSI. That is not a problem by a manual pump. This electric pump is too weak, it can inflate the SUP only to 1 PSI, which is baby easy by hand! If I want to send the pump back, then I have to send it to China and I will get no refund.

Good and speedy delivery. However, I find that the products you market are not 'user friendly', the manuals are limited with explanation. The BinTolk walkie talkie doesn't even explain what the buttons are for let alone what they do and how to use them. It still is unclear how to change from one band to another.
