Packing was lacking. Just wrapping packing tape around the product's box to secure two RC planes together to travel from China to New York with no other protective package shows little care regarding shipping an order to protect the contents. Fortunately, the two planes taped together somehow arrived unscathed and in good condition. Packing that way should be reconsidered in order to give goods a better chance to avoid damages regarding the products the company is shipping!!

Not a very good feeling buying here, kind of frustrating with the bad quality product, not a good packaging. I bought a rc airplane and comes with the ESC defective, and motor broken so I don’t think I am going to purchase something again, anymore

Falsche Artikel bei dem 5er Set Diamond Knife Sharpener Kit Sharpening
Leider ist vom Artikel (200 400 600 1000 2000grit Diamond Knife Sharpener Kit Sharpening...) nicht die angegebenen geliefert worden, sondern 4x400er und 1x 2000 anstatt (200-400-600-1000-2000) Alle anderen meiner bestellten Artikel (von anderen Lieferanten) waren einwandfrei. Das läßt vermuten, dass alles nur „Lieblos“ versendet wurde bei diesem Artikel - Dieser Lieferant sollte eine Endkontrolle machen. Ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen! - Alle anderen bestellten Artikel waren einwandfrei geliefert worden - Ich verzichte bei diesen „leichten“ Artikeln auf Rückgabe und werde dort nichts mehr bestellen!

Well, If you have more items available from EU warehouse, I would buy more at your shop.
Or if you shipped through Hungary or Netherlands, like Aliexpress.
Shipments from China we have to pay additional duties and taxes.

Overall solid e-commerce experience. I've ordered from them several times and I have always received the products ordered and most are good quality and match the description. There a few minor negatives. Sometimes the descriptions are a bit misleading or the sale price shown is for one of the secondary items in the list instead of the main item. Also, packaging could be improved. If you order multiple items they often arrived in multiple boxes taped together and by the time they get to the USA they get beat up pretty good. I have had boxes arrive torn open, but luckily nothing has been damaged or missing. The last minor thing is that the product review process is not great. If an order ships with multiple items, you can't write a review for just one item in that shipment. You have to submit reviews for all of the items at the same time (at least I haven't figured out how to submit for one product).

The mini PC is neat and was easy to setup, but it is very noise. Beinf noiseless is marketing material.
After looking various forums. Later versions of Soyo M4 Pro become very noise. Avoid that series.

I have been purchasing from them since a long time, probably 10 years. They have always come through. Nice thing with the pricing displayed is it already includes duties. Shipping cost also is very reasonable. Although products variation is not huge but there are a mix of good and OK products as in all marketplaces. The only reason for 4 stars is although customer service is present and refunds do get processed, they have a convoluted process and can be a little frustrating. Just a little.

While I am very happy with most of my purchases from your website. I cannot believe how poorly some of the items are packaged, it is a miracle they ever arrive in one piece. Notably I recently received a package where 5 items were bundled together in a outer casing of flimsy plastic. Now come on please put bundled items in some sort cardboard box, prior to final plastic.
